On The Top ROOFING LTD

The most unprofessional person I’ve ever experienced. Our patio was leaking, he said he could fix it. We agreed on a time and price. He claimed he needed to order materials and it would take a couple weeks. After about a month I contacted him and asked for an update, he said he would probably start “next week”. Another few weeks go by and I contact him again and ask for an update and he says he would probably start next week again. Another few weeks go by, I call and leave a message or two, no answer, no call back. I texted, no answer, no follow-up. A few weeks later my wife called, again, call ignored with no follow-up. So as of writing this, it has been a few months he has ghosted and left us in limbo with a leaky roof, with zero explanation. Extremely unprofessional, wasted our time, and left us with potential water damage on our home. Would not recommend at all.

Had a leak with all the rain. Called OTT and they had a quick response and were able to go take a look at my roof and do some work while I was busy. Great service! Thank you! My go to roofing company from here on out!

OTT Roofing was great! Very responsive to initial contact. Grant was very informative and precise at what he had to accomplish on my roof. He provided excellent work and communication. Well done OTT Roofing. I would recommend them to my family or friends. Cheers Faith Lyons

OTT did a great job and provided me with the least expensive quote I could find. They went above and beyond, helping me to source the skylights I wanted and made the necessary adjustments for their installation. They also improved the ventilation of my old home. I highly recommend!

OTT (On the Top) could also be called Right on Time (ROT) or Right on Budget (ROB) or Amazing Accurate Workmanship (AAW), but those acronyms would NEVER explain the business' value. They could be called Outstanding, Accurate and Responsive (OAR) because they are, the could be called Professional Dependable and Fast (PDF) because they were. But I will call them OTT because it's their business name, and I hope you will call OTT, too, because you won't be disappointed!
