  Unfortunately I can't rate Olive Tree Exteriors on their work, because they ghosted me. I can however rate them on their customer service. I contacted the company through their on-line portal, and was given an automated message that someone would be back to me the next business day. Although they weren't back to me the next day, they did contact me 3 days later, which did not bother me at all. I spoke to Brock and explained what we were looking for. We agreed that I would send photos of the scope of the work that I was looking to have completed, and did so that same day. The photos were sent to the email address that was provided by Brock. I waited to hear a response on the photos that were sent, and 4 days later, I followed up with a text to the number that I had called to speak with Brock. I did not hear anything back. I followed up with another text and another email. In both of those messages I suggested that I assumed that if I did not hear back that they were not interested in the work. It was unfortunate that if they were not interested in the work and/or if the scope of the work was too small they couldn't have advised me of this over the phone, or responded to the several text and email messages. I was courteous and professional with my interactions, and at the very least I would have expected the same courtesy in return. It never ceases to amaze me how you hear how no one can find work or barely make ends meet, and then you never hear back when you are wanting to spend money. I will find another company that will do the work. How very short-sighted of Olive Tree Exteriors as they could have earned my business for life. Sadly that won't be the case.

  Just want to thank Brock and Derek for the great clean up of our eaves at our house. I feel my spouse and I threw him a bit of a "curve" but he responded with doing an excellent job that we were more than happy with. Highly recommend this company
