  Beware leaks no warranty

  Reply from the business

Hi Lary, we give a warranty with all of our roof replacements. I am having my trouble finding your name in our system as well. Could you contact me directly at sales@eliteroofs.ca so I can figure this out for you.

Had a roof leak that I needed help with. Exchanged several texts with elite roofing. Was told "Yeah we are coming" over and over again with an absurd amount of no shows. I took shifts off of work and cleared my day several times to have them show up just to get ghosted with 0 reply or apology. This is the most unprofessional company I have ever had the curse of dealing with. Save yourself the time and frustration.

Poor communication, waited a long time for job to start, aggressive about receiving payment, could go on but would not recommend.

We would highly recommend Elite Roofing if you need your roof replaced. They arrived on schedule and worked efficiently until it was done. They protected all areas with tarps and their cleanup was spectacular. No evidence of their work left behind.

Incredible emergency response experience today from Elite Roofing after a storm last night took some shingles off our roof. Really appreciate the incredible service and fast response. From the time I called, they were here in 30 minutes putting a patch on the roof. Truly fantastic service.

Chuck and team did an excellent job installing our roof. We had a post install issue which was remedied extremely quickly. I was stunned how quick they attended my service call. Very impressed.

No words can express the level of service I received from Chuck. Same day roof inspection for a time sensitive matter with a turbine issue I was having. He was able to accommodate my time sensitive roofing concern the same day, write up a report and make recommendation on how to fix the issue. It was a pleasure to work with Chuck and I will continue to work with him and refer him to all my friends and family for any roofing needs. Thanks Chuck!

I highly recommend these guys - they did an awesome job on my roof and left my property spotless when they were done - the entire crew worked hard while they were here. Love my new roof!

We are extremely happy with our new roof. Elite's team did a great job and left our property cleaner than they found it. They were in and out by early afternoon and we couldn't be more impressed. I would definitely recommend Elite Roofing every time.
