Terrible people to work with no accountability. Elderly retired couple have had to deal with a nightmare experience for months. They replaced our total roof for about $27k. A month later we are having water run off issues around the house. Their crew damaged the side of garage and I sent pictures of their trailer clearly showing the damage. I called the owner the day this happened and he said he’d take care of it and now they are avoiding communication. Wires were left hanging on the house where they didn’t tuck them back in when their crew replaced the roof. They delayed replacing the gutters that were in scope and now we have found another local company to finish the job. Will be reporting them to all relevant agencies. Avoid them at all costs. They’ll likely be MIA after this year, reopen under new name to try and avoid liability and the warranty. The owner has a history of this. Look up any roofing company and the owners of it before you sign any paperwork. It was our mistake for not doing that here, don’t do the same.

Black dually with the companies name on the side was driving erratically. He whipped out in front of me without even looking and pulled into the oncoming lane of traffic in front of a car coming the opposite direction. No turn signals and just driving recklessly

These are just a few photos. They did great on the roof. I think, I’m not an expert. What I do know is that the windows trim is not right. In my opinion I would not …

Very pleased with repairs made from the 3/15/25 hailstorm! Vinyl siding, gutters, downspouts, window screens and shed roof all completed timely as supplies were available. Shawn Mayfield is great to work with and all other employees as well!

Adam has been more than helpful through the complicated process of dealing with insurance adjusters. He has found a solution for every problem that came up. We had multiple quotes, dealt with multiple contractors, not just for roofing …

Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 5 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Ohio Valley Roofing Company. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
