LEFT LEAKS IN MY HOME Possibly the worst professional I've ever worked with, in the form of the one person we were forced to interact with the whole time. Hostile, unprofessional, and treats you poorly if you don't accept his bad excuses. Left leaks in our house for long enough to get mold and rot, without them even checking the walls. Lack of integrity, and Rob Martin takes any criticism as personal insult.

Hiring this company was the worse experience of my life! I wouldn’t recommend them to put two pieces of wood together. They were extremely unprofessional and never kept their word on anything. The can’t read a level worth a lick either. …

We called them because we needed our roof fixed. But no one answered so they called us back the next day. They say up appointment for the following week on a Monday but the never showed up. So my husband took off work so he could be here. So we been calling leaving messages and still haven't heard anything from them. If you own a business you should at least response to your voicemail and call people back

$32,000 worth of hail damage. Martin Brothers had the roof replaced, the garage door, siding on all 4 sides, and replaced one hail damaged fence length. Other minor work such as screen repairs, patio door replacement, and light fixture replacements. All work was satisfactory.

This is the second time I have worked with Rob (one of the owners). He has yet again come through for me, especially after the catastrophic hailstorm the Owensboro community received in early 2025. I needed roof, siding, gutter, downspouts, gutter guards and window screens repairs. His men are people with integrity and hardworking. If something wasn’t correct, they knocked on the door and communicated with me. They worked until the job was finished! Overall, they did an amazing job cleaning up after themselves. Should I need home repairs in the future, Martin Brothers will be who I call!!

7/23/25: I'll update when they actually do the roof, but so far their supplies have been sitting in our front yard for 2 weeks now. I'm sure the grass underneath is good and dead by this point. …
