Hate to give a bad review always. However, called last Friday to get an estimate on my hail damaged house from last year. They advised they could come out to my home that evening to complete estimate. Got off work early to be there, they were late, and then was advised they wanted me to go ahead and sign a contract BEFORE the estimate was even done or the house exterior inspected, and after I told them I would be more comfortable signing after reviewing estimate/ inspection, was told they would come out Saturday morning to complete estimate instead (even though it had been raining all day Friday and was scheduled too all weekend, so none of the times would have worked anyways). They never came back nor communicated with me again. Would not recommend.

The team was extremely helpful and courteous. They repaired the flat section of our roof and protected us from recent storms. Another company said the job was too complicated, but Garris from Built Wright came out quickly, gave a reasonable quote, and completed the work beautifully. We’re very grateful.
