  I cannot recommend this company enough! From my very first conversation with Anderson on June 20th regarding raccoon damage to my roof, his professionalism has been absolutely top-tier. He has answered every single text and phone call promptly, which gave me complete peace of mind from day one. His exceptional communication and customer service are exactly what made me choose his company over others because I was so impressed with his responsiveness, I coordinate with my neighbor on our semi-detached house, and she used him to complete the repairs on her side as well.On the day of the job, the team was incredibly fast, efficient, and professional. To make things even better, Anderson's dad, Oscar, came out with the crew, introduced himself, and then returned after the job was completely done to personally ensure that all the work was satisfactory. Seeing that level of quality control and family pride in their business is rare nowadays.If you want a reliable, highly skilled roofing company that treats you with respect, communicates perfectly, and delivers amazing results, call Anderson and his team.   O&D did an excellent job on repairing parts of our roof and gutters. They also photograph the repairing process needed for insurances purposes. We definitely will use them again and considering them to replace buckling sections of our side vinyl.

  These guys rock. Discovered a small but relatively urgent roof issue and Oscar came out the same day I called. They sent someone out the next day to replace a section of roof and the price was very reasonable. Absolutely no fuss and great communication. (No incentive for me to post this review - just really appreciate the effort)

  O&D General Contractor did great work on my roof. The entire process was easy from start to finish, and they were very responsive whenever I had questions.   O&D is a great company to work with. We highly recommend them. We first got into contact with them through a family friend that used their services to replace their roof. They came by the same day and gave us an estimate for our roof. We had the roof replaced that weekend. They said they couldn't find all the materials from the same stock that we wanted and didn't want to risk different shades so they pretty much upgraded the shingles at no additional cost. Our roof looks amazing! The price was great. Everything was done in a day. After installation, we would see people drive or walk by admiring our roof. Our next project was floors. We got several estimates and a few flooring companies refused to touch certain flooring in our house. We wanted to replace almost all the floors in our house, some hard fooring some carpet, as smoothly as possible. Many flooring companies expect perfection coming in which our house is not. We called O&D and sure enough they do floors! The estimate came in very good again. They sent us to a company to pick out the hard floors and gave us samples of carpet to choose. We chose 2 different hard floors and 3 different carpets. We had a lot of hiccups due to the issues with the subfloor and the walls in my house. They took their time and fixed what needed to be fixed, replaced what needed to be replaced. We had a huge hump that required additional work and we agreed on an additional amount to fix that issue. Overall, it took longer than we and I'm sure they expected, but the results are amazing! I'm sure they did not expect all the issues they ran into, but they handled it with grace, and honestly, very little hassle on us. You can tell they know their stuff and are very diligent in their work. They are also super friendly and won't try to get over on you. This is a family business, and everyone we've met between the family and subs has truly been a pleasure. We will definitely work with them again.

  I wholeheartedly endorse O&D for roofing. Anderson and his crew diligently completed an entire roof re-shingling on a compressed time frame, all the while providing timely communication and helpful updates. O&D also had the most competitive quote (they offered a premium-tier solution at a mid-market price point, significantly outperforming competitors' bids on both material quality and total cost).

  Very professional, courteous and responsive services. Roof repair was conducted quickly and thoroughly, as well as was provided with roof estimates and samples for full replacement in the future. Had one small minor issue/concern which was addressed promptly and carefully. Would recommend without reservation.

  The workmen were very open to requests for modifications to improve the flow of rainwater away from the basement areas. Fast, on time installation. Appreciate their work.
