Made three calls to this company. It seems like a one-man band. I was told to leave my name and address in a text message and followed up with a call twice. That person never got back to me. Poor Customer Service.

They seem to do a quality work and that's great. However, they are not very responsive, fail to show up for the estimates, and do not take small jobs. And that's not so great.

Signed a contract, for gutter work. Couldn’t get a time frame commitment on doing the work. Failed to return calls, then claimed to have supply chain issues when pressed. Finally cancelled the contract. Price seemed high for work to be performed.

Byron and his team were absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. After I called to request a quote, Byron was quick to come out to my property and inspect everything. The quote was fair and reasonable, and the quality of the work was outstanding! I would highly recommend Byron and his team to anyone in need of roof repairs or siding work. Great experience from start to finish!

I highly recommend B&R Siding for both roofing and siding. I am very happy with their work and found the owners, Byron and Erick, very responsive, accommodating, and easy to work with.

A team of about 7 men came in the morning and finished our roof by the early evening. We felt confident in the work that they did, and it looks great. They also repaired our chimney which was cracked in several places.

B&R replaced the 38-year-old siding on my house, which was long overdue for some maintenance. Over the past five years, I had already replaced the gutters and roof, so I was finally ready to move on to the siding. They were the third …

Simply stated, I cannot say enough about B & R Siding. I reached out to them asking about having some siding work done due to wind damage. Inside of 24 hours I had an estimate, and 24 hours after that, they were onsite repairing my house …

B&R Siding replaced our 38-year old siding, gutters, and the roof. They used highly-rated premium materials and the installation crew was very skilled. They have a large crew that finished the project in three days; the timeline we were quoted! The price we paid for the project was very reasonable. We got a lot more than we paid for! Erick Duarte, the project manager, is very knowledgeable and he worked onsite with the team throughout the entire project. He was very patient with us, assisted with HOA issues, and answered every question we had with patience and grace. We are extremely satisfied and highly recommend them for your project. Quality workmanship!
