Esteban replaced my deck with Trex. He understood and successfully achieved the modifications I wanted. His team was competent and hard-working, even in bitter cold weather. They cleared and cleaned up the site thoroughly before leaving. I like my deck so much I had Esteban return and replace my front porch. Deck and porch are so much easier to keep clean now!

Can't express how grateful I am to have encountered your service. From the first phone call to the finish project everything was a smooth service, very reliable, efficient, and hard workers. My windows look great and see you soon for our next project.

Esteban Renovations painted my living room, dining room, and bath. Our house is old (1937), and we had quite a bit of damage in the paster walls. I was also concerned our damaged woodwork and windows. The painters repaired the walls and windows, primed everything, and applied two coats of paints. The results are outstanding. Cleanup was spotless. Furthermore, Esteban came to inspect the work the day after the work was finished to make certain everything was tip top. I enthusiastically endorse their work.

I had Esteban and his team came out to my condo to do a closet expansion. This included some demo, drywall work, painting, flooring, lighting, etc. The price breakdown was very clear and sensible. They took great care of my home while working and cleaned up everything before they left. There was great attention to detail and I'm very pleased with both the efficiency and quality of work. I would highly recommend Esteban Contracting and will be calling them again for any future projects!
