  I signed a contract for siding work and gave a check of $4,000 deposit to Justin. Months later I called to see if they had the material to start the job and Rony told me that he wont do the job for the price on the contract. He said prices went up, and apparently never used my money to order the material. He doesn't want to do the job for the price agreed, and now he doesn't want to give me my $4,000 back. It's unbelievable.

Sadly, Justin passed away in late 2021, and while justice could not be served in the way we had hoped, we have since worked tirelessly to regain the trust of all our customers. For the past two years, we have made it our mission to right any wrongs and provide excellent service, as reflected in our many recent 5-star reviews.   I hired NY’s finest roofing and siding to perform a roof Job And Siding on the Front Of My home. I Originally called asking for JUSTIN which My sister recommended him to me. She described her Time with Justin as a COMPLETE PLEASURE to deal with And Worth the Wait. She said he knows hi. On the day Of My Appointment I recieved a Call from a woman named Ana. She was calling to confirm. I told her there must be some confusion because my appointment is with Justin, that’s when things started to spiral downward. Ana gave me such an attitude over asking what happened to Justin and why isn’t he coming. She gave me this halfbit story that I know sounded fagazzy but I continued on ward because I needed my roof done. Ronnie supposedly the owner came to my home for my estimate. Let me start by saying stay away from this company they are not the same company as these reviews read I guess they were all true in regards to Justin because my experience with Ronnie and his company was terrible. First off there was a huge language barrier between us and he he was getting very frustrated with my questions he didn’t have any samples he didn’t even use a tape measure to measure my house he described nothing to me he went up on my roof came down and told me $18,000. I asked him can you please explain to me what he found on my roof and please explain to me how you around the price and he said I’ll send your estimate to your email today it will describe everything. And then he left. I tried to get in touch with Justin but wasn’t successful. I ended up using NY’s Finest for my home. Big Mistake!!!!! None of the materials that were promised and stated in the contract were used. I later found out that these were inferior products to the ones I was supposed to get. When I asked about this I was told not to worry about it everything is fine. By this point I just wanted this nightmare to be over I paid them in full against my judgment. I’m still picking up little pieces and nails around my hous

  By far the worst job ive ever seen. They have been back four times in one month and still have not fixed my problem a simple repair turning out to be disaster. Louis assured me he knew what he was doing when I signed on the dotted line. he came by himself on the day of the repair. I was expecting at least two or three guys considering the size of this repair he told me not to worry you’ll have it done in one day we’re on day number three and it’s rained twice and both times water has gotten in. I Really hope they stand behind their work because I am very nervous that the repair was done incorrectly keeping my fingers crossed

  I highly recommend NY’s Finest Roofing and Siding for any home repairs. I recently had Rony and his crew repair my roof after having a leak this winter. They also repaired the interior damage, and installed beautiful crown molding on the first floor of my house which elevated the whole look of the house. Rony is easy to deal with, his prices are very fair and his crew is very hard working and professional. Definitely use NY’s Finest for any roof repairs or home renovations!
