Thank you so much for the incredible review and for trusting Elite Waterproofing & Roofing with such a detailed and high end commercial project in Tribeca. It truly means a lot coming from someone with over 30 years of experience as a general contractor. This project required careful coordination between multiple exterior systems, including the commercial roofing installation, custom metal trellis fabrication, pedestal paver assemblies, and porcelain tile finishes. Our entire team takes great pride in delivering organized, high quality work while maintaining strong communication throughout every phase of construction. We are extremely happy to hear that the finished roofing and terrace systems exceeded your expectations. Attention to detail, proper planning, and craftsmanship are priorities on every project we take on, especially on complex commercial builds like this one.
