Not recommended. These guys came to my house 2x on different occasions. They spent close to no time, told me they were going to have a guy call me to come measure and look at options. Nothing. The guy also told me he would email me info over to see what siding I want. Nothing. I don't understand the loss of translation here - but it's bad business. Furthermore, wasting my time is always an issue. To the Owners Message: I have no reason to lie. You came over in your pickup truck that has your logo all over it and stopped by no more than 5 minutes. You said you would get back to me with an estimate and never did. That was the second time. You can take legal action all you want. I have your company's number on my phone records and additionally my cameras have you on the street. You're the one steeping low. You made an agreement to email me an estimate for siding and you never did. 2x.

After a thorough inspection of our leaking roof, Ryan recommended, and quoted on, a new roof. I knew it was needed but got a second opinion just to be sure. His quote was less than others and his timing commitments were reassuring. I am happy to say that everything was delivered exactly as promised. The flashing around our skyline and chimney were both far superior to what had been there, and the roof was finished in good time despite some minor weather interuptions. With the roof and new guttering finished, Ryan came upstairs to make sure the new attic ventilator was working. It seemed to be, and he headed off, only to return 10 minutes later saying that he was not entirely certain it was set right so wanted to go back up to make sure. That last action was as perfect example of Ryan's commitment to doing the job right and leaving only when he was sure it was all good. I highly recommend LINY Roofing for any of your roofing needs.

Just wanted to say thanks to Ryan and his guys for the great job they did on the roof, trim and gutters. Ryan is very responsive to questions, even on weekends. Fast detailed estimate, started when he said he would, even gave us some local houses we could look at for color selection. Would definitely recommend.

Ryan came to take a look at the job days after I contacted him, calculated his no nonsense price and we scheduled it. Everything went as smooth as possible. Professional and courteous. He and his team even fixed a gutter and some old stray wires for nothing extra. I can’t recommend him enough. Before and after photos.

My parents needed some roof repairs done on their house due to a recent storm along with a few other minor fixes. We have seen the LINY ROOFING trucks around town and my mom had decided to give them a call. Ryan came over that day and gave my mom a very reasonable estimate along with answering all of her questions and concerns. Ryan’s team was there the next day and got the job done. Overall my mom said she found Ryan and his team to be very professional in all aspects and she felt comfortable having his team do the work. She didn’t feel like she was getting ripped off, pushed into doing more than she needed and said she will definitely keep his company in mind for future repairs. Overall a great first experience with Ryan and his team!
