The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.
We hold no one or two-star review text for Northwest Roofing & Exteriors LLC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

I recently hired Northwest Roofing to inspect my roof. Milo followed up with me and scheduled the inspection. He recommended repairs and told me the roof had an estimated 3-5 years left. He provided photos of the needed repairs and even explained how I could fix it myself. While the fixes were within my skill set, my roof has a steep pitch. Milo’s crew scheduled with me quickly. They did a great job with the repairs. They also provided an estimate of full repairs. I will be hiring Northwest in 3-5 years.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 25 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 25, of which 22 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
