  If I could leave zero stars I would . I set up appointment for someone to come out and give me an estimate on siding my house. They called and canceled the day before and rescheduled for the following week. Once again, they called and canceled the day before said they were not going to come out at all the day before. Both times I tried to schedule it so I could be here , taking time off of work! . Do not waste your time with this company. They are not reliable and they don't care at all.

  I had a confirmed appointment for an estimate and no one showed up or called. Then they tried to blame me for scheduling with the Tri Cities location when my appointment confirmation clearly stated Spokane.

  No call no show for our scheduled appointment date/time. I have had zero luck getting ahold of anybody other than the receptionist who told me on two different days that I would be getting a call back. No luck so far. Super disappointing considering how many awesome reviews this company has. My time is important to me and having it wasted is a 1 star experience to me. I’ll update this review if I ever get a call back. Update: this is intended for alpine roofing and I have the right page. After talking with Christine and Ben (who was a little accusatory) it sounds like their call center made am error and never scheduled anything despite saying they would. I am supposed to have somebody come out at 5pm today (still haven’t gotten an email confirmation yet) and will update further . Final update 3/19/2026 my appointment was confirmed with Oscar, one of the techs. Got a call from the operations manager who said that due to my frustrations at the company it would be best for them to cancel and not perform the work. Hopefully they get their AI scheduling system figured out to avoid wasted time in the future. I’ll keep monitoring this review to ensure it stays up for others to see.

  Be careful with this company. I went back and forth about writing this but people should know. They will take advantage of you if you are a new/young homeowner. The roofing guys were so rough that they caused damage to my pipes. When i contacted the company to tell them about the leaks they caused they denied it without even talking to the roofers. There were girlfriends of roofers sitting in my backyard while their boyfriends worked. Find another company or you will end up spending more than necessary.

Despite multiple attempts, the phone just rang and rang with no answer and no voicemail option. Additionally, there was no alternative contact method provided. This lack of responsiveness left me with no choice but to seek help elsewhere.
