Installed a roof last year, was suppose to come back and finish the flashing this spring. Been calling and emailing for 4 months now...and no response. Did a great job initially...just left us hanging.

Amazing experience! Josh came over the next day of calling in the rain to check the flat roof for a quote. He was very honest and told me that the roof is still in great shape and doesn't need to have anything done. I feel like most people wouldn't be honest about that and just give a quote. He gave us tips on painting on a membrane ourselves to save money. Will definitely be going with this company in the future once we do need to finally have it replaced! Highly recommend!

Josh @Norther Seal Flat Roofing is one of those contractors who actually cares about the quality of his work - before AND after you've paid. I had Josh fix up a roof of mine that hadn't been done properly by another contractor, and since …

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 10 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 10, of which 8 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Northern Seal Flat Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
