Bad experience with the sales person Peter Pomerleau. This guy isn’t experienced in roofing (just 4 years in sales, no installation experience). The quoted price for metal tiles was astronomical compared to what I got from Green Metal or …

Thank you for your feedback. There are a few key points that need to be clarified. The $8,000 quoted for removal was not just for tearing off shingles—it included upgrading your entire roof with premium ice & water shield (16 rolls @ $210/ea) across the full deck, which is a significantly higher level of protection than standard practices and building code of 3' around perimeter. The pricing comparisons mentioned were also not for the same products. Our quote was for a premium 4-way locking, hidden fastener metal roofing system installed direct to the deck. This is not comparable to lower-cost screw-through metal systems, which require ongoing maintenance such as replacing exposed fasteners every 8–10 years, nor is it comparable to asphalt roofing, which is a different and shorter-lifespan solution altogether. Lastly, smaller owner-operated companies often have lower overhead, but they also operate very differently in terms of staffing, warranty structure, and long-term stability. We stand behind our pricing and the quality of the systems we offer. Your Dad's roof roof he purchased from Classic Products Roofing Systems years ago is a testament to the quality we offer.

Andrew Alves this is not a legitimate review. You were never a CUSTOMER of Classic Products Roofing Systems Inc. You worked for a company that we contracted over a year ago and didn't like your foreman. We are not sure why you posted this on our business listing. Choosing Classic Products Roofing Systems Inc. was the best decision I made, when it came to repairing my metal roof. The crew worked incredibly hard, kept the work space spotless and maintained total professionalism, from start to finish. I want to extend a big thank you to Darryl, the owner, for making my experience with this company an absolute great one. Your honesty and professionalism was greatly appreciated. The repairs were also warrantied. I highly recommend Classic Products Roofing Systems Inc. to anyone that is looking for roofing services.

Classic Products Metal Roof (Canadian ARMADURA steel roof) We enjoyed the whole process from salesperson Adam to the complete installation done by Jake’s crew. After only 14 years our shingles were showing sings of wear and tear. It could probably last for a couple more years, however knowing that most of metal roofs would be installed over it we decided to do it now. We were looking for the best product and best roofing system for the past 5 years. Original idea was aluminum metal roof; however price given to us was too high for our budget. Alternative was steel metal roof with similar quality and more acceptable price. Adam was excellent as salesperson should be, answering all our questions and being fast in his responses trough communication by phone and email, as well as making necessary appointments and showing up on time. After singing up with Classic Products everything was ahead of schedule, announced delivery, pre-arranged installation, and even weather was cooperating. Jake’s crew of 8 showed announced approximately at 02:00 pm and worked without stopping until 08:30 pm. They completed the whole main roof. Work was resumed next morning at 07:30 am and finished all by 09:00 am. I was watching the whole process from the beginning to the end. Jake was very professional as was the rest of his crew. They responded to all my requests and answered all questions I had during the installation process. Once everything was done they cleaned after themselves. They rolled powerful magnet over my driveway several times. Crew went to collect all metal pieces around the house. Nothing was left behind. We are really happy with our new roof, especially with the small roof above bay window. I can say that our second floor is definitely cooler than before metal roof installation. No any noticeable noise during the rain. For the snow related pros and cons we will have to wait for the winter to share our experiences. The whole experience with Classic Products Roofing so far wa

Thank you for your review, Wendy & Mark! We’re very selective about the manufacturers we partner with. It’s important to us to work with companies that have been in business longer than the warranties they offer, so that if an issue arises—like the paint peeling on your roof—they are there to stand behind their product. We’re glad we could resolve this for you, and that you now have a brand new roof on your home in Georgetown that's fully covered under warranty. — The Classic Team
