  If I could give zero stars I would. Ive had nothing but issue from the start with this company and even with a change of ownership it did nothing to redeem itself. When our roof was first done they didn't put underlay. And had to redo part of it. But refused to do all of it. They had also left the caps off I had to call them multiple times to come back to fix it. Since I've been. Dealing with a leak since 2024. And no one picks up the phone or returns calls or emails. I had 4 people show up randomly weeks after Ive tried to get a hold of them. All four have looked at the roof and said they would be back to fix it...... The roof still isn't fixed. Ive been told the owner is not going to fix the problem even though we have a warranty and to call the office to try to come up with a solution.... An office which I have already stated is never open, no one picks up the phone and no one emails you back... Sooooo STAY AWAY from this company. The work is shoddy and the costumer Service is worse.

  We had our roof done by this company a few years ago. Turns out they missed something which caused a leak in our bathroom. They came back to repair it in Apr 2025 (which was great!) while we were renovating our bathroom. The problem is they never actually fixed the problem. Now they stopped returning our calls… I attached a photo of the issue - the two pipes were not sealed together! We ended up going with the company Your Roof Specialist to fix the leak… As you can imagine, we now have to repair the leak in our newly renovated bathroom :(

  Excellent workmanship, work was done as said and impeccable clean up. However, a month later we realized some damage had been done to our fascia. We have been waiting over two months for anyone to look at it or fix. Why this is an issue is because it has allowed critters to enter our attic. We are beyond disappointed 😞. …

  This company is terrible, we had issues with install, damaging our deck by dragging their ladders on it and making an absolute mess without cleaning up. I had to clean their coffee cups and Gatorade bottles out of ours and our neighbours yards because they had absolutely no care. They didn't install the vents they were supposed to, and we made them come back and fix it, now a couple years later we have a leaking roof due to how poor the installation was. The owner refused to answer or return any of my calls. Just an absolutely terrible company.

  Did our flat roof on our black house in white! Terrible job. Not rolled properly & bubbled. Looks dirty & bumpy after 3 months! I am extremely disappointed with Belmar!

  Dave gave us a quote for our gutter/eavestroughs and it was fair quote. We got him also to do our gutter. This was a different crew that did our gutter, they did an awesome job. My home looks new from the top! Thank you!

  I was looking for a quote for our roof and Belmar sent Dave to us to look at my roof and give us a quote. It was a fair quote. Howard and crew did an amazing job with our roof. They also fixed our bathroom vent. We love our charcoal colour roof! Thank you!

  I dealt with Bob by phone , recommended by my church for an urgent roof problem with snow and ice dam. Very pleasant and trustworthy. He sent out a crew of Howard and David today. Nice , hard working guys went above and beyond to help me out. Howard helped point out the source of the problems I'm dealing with. Very pleased with Belmar.

  Belmar was recommended to me by a family member and all the way through, we had really great communication. Robert was so clear and helpful with all details and went above and beyond. I was asking if they had a service available and even though they didn’t, he went out of his way to find someone reputable and trustworthy for us to use in the future. Really happy with the roof and they left everything spotless!

  Price was right, they gave a professional quote and were upfront about all the costs. They completed the work in 1 day and did an excellent job cleaning up. Went on other roof after they were done was happy with the work. Best fo all is they were easy to work with over phone an email as I am often away from home

  We used Belmar to replace our shingles a few weeks ago. The sales rep, Robert was extremely informative and transparent which helped us in making our decision. The roofers kept the space tidy at the end workday. The team was kind and personable, and kept us informed every step of the way! Our estimate was accurate and Robert ensured we were on the same page for our expectations and services.

  We experienced a roof leak earlier this year. Howard and David repaired the roof in a quick and efficient manner. Everyone was super friendly and professional with all their help. Will definitely be calling Belmar for any future roofing needs and would highly recommend them to everyone

  Belmar installed our roof 3 years ago, and did a great job. This year, we had ice dams from all the snow, which was causing some issues. They addressed this issue for me, including sending our David and his partner who did a great job shoveling the snow down to the shingles. No more ice issues. Highly recommend!

  In 2025, we experienced a roof leak. We contacted the roofing company, and although it took approximately four days, they successfully repaired the issue. While the original roof installation was completed in 2020 by a previous owner, the current owner handled the warranty claim. Howard and Dave were very courteous and professional during their visit to address the leak.
