Northern Homes was contracted to replace our roof. The job was completed in 3 days to accommodate a planned social event. Eric, Josh, Simon & crew of 4 were exceptional from start to finish. Eric & Josh, in particular, were knowledgeable, courteous & took pride on doing a professional job. They made a point of protecting our plants & deck as well as cleaning up at the end of each day. We would highly recommend this company for your roofing project.

We’ve had the pleasure of having Josh in from Northern Homes Inc. in for an estimate on our roof we need to eventually have replaced, and they came the same day we called, had a written quote ready within hours of the call, a satellite view ready they paid for to bring with them, and sat down to speak to us with a very detailed itemized quote that explained everything. They didn’t have any materials marked up from the original purchase price and showed complete transparency and honesty on everything. Josh went through the info on the manufacturer of the products they use and explained the job in a very definitive manner, at the same time as explaining the warranties involved for the product and for they’re workmanship. Above all else I appreciated the honesty Josh showed us and how polite and professional he was in our home. I’ll be looking forward to having Northern Homes working on our house when it comes time to have anything done. They do all work from the ground up and we will have more than a few projects coming up. Thank you Josh!

Had a positive experience with Northern Home Inc. The roofing job was completed on schedule, and communication with the owner, Josh, was smooth and straightforward. Josh was on site the entire time, which gave us confidence that things were being handled properly. Overall, everything went well and we’re happy with the outcome.

I hired Northern Homes Inc. to replace my roof last summer and was thoroughly impressed with the quality of their work. After getting a few quotes, it was clear that their team stood out for their knowledge, professionalism, and prompt service. Their pricing was competitive yet fair, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. Eric and his team delivered exceptional results, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and experienced roofers. I’m a loyal client now!

Fast and reliable company! We started off using Northern Homes Inc. for a repair, and we proceeded with going with them to do a full roof replacement at our cottage. We couldn't be happier with their workmanship they provided us! Very professional, it seems like they were never here and we have a brand new roof! Thank you Northern Homes inc.

We hired Northern Homes to do our roof last year. We were extremely happy with the quality of their work, professionalism and especially their knowledge on roofing. The team was polite and courteous. The owner was especially kind in answering any questions we had as it was our first time having a roof replaced. Highly recommend.
