Kaloozie Comfort - Ottawa Siding

The only one or two-star review we hold for Kaloozie Comfort - Ottawa Siding.

Honestly, I’m shocked this place has so many positive reviews because my experience was the complete opposite. Mark came across extremely hostile and dismissive, acting like some untouchable big-shot businessman while lacking basic professionalism and respect. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily aggressive and uncomfortable from start to finish. Definitely not the kind of person you’d expect to deal with when giving a business your money. I’d be very cautious before doing business here.

Kaloozie Comfort has no idea who this individual is. I am the company owner and have never had a confrontational experience with any customer as is evidenced by all the wonderful reviews my customers have taken the time to write. … More

Had Kaloozie install Hardy Board Siding on the upper level of my two story home. It involved replacing old siding on the front and back, and installing siding over stucco on the two sides. Mark quickly responded to an initial enquiry, and gave a very competitive quote. From talking with him, it was clear he knows his stuff. He is also a very interesting individual with an engaging personality. The work was scheduled for a month ahead, to allow for completion before we were leaving on vaction. His team showed up promplty on the scheduled date, and worked steadily weather permitting through to completion of the work. The team did excellent work, knowing what had to be done at each step, and attending to each and every detail. They completed the work on time, and within budget - no additional items came up requiring further work and expense as sometimes happens in renovation contracts. Mark has been in the profession for many years, and his word is his guarantee - not big on written formalities. He said that we have now joined the Kalooozie family, and need only contact him if any issues arise in the future. It was pleasureable and hassle free having Mark and his team undertake this project, and the quality of the work is amazing. I would strongly recommend Kaloozie.

Mark came to inspect my damaged siding quickly after reaching out via Home Stars. His team came by the next day to repair. Did a great job and we checked out the rest of the home for any other problems areas while the crew was here. Very efficent and customer focused.

Mark was fantastic to work with. He was able to help us replace some sections of our worn siding with aluminum flashing to protect the structure. Work was completely quickly in a few days after receiving the quote and workmanship was good. Would highly recommend Mark and his team.

We had a piece of aluminum siding under the soffit, over 20ft high, fly off in a storm. Kaloozie had it repaired within days, smooth communication, excellent work. I never even had the pleasure of meeting Mark or his service tech, everything got done while I was at work. Highly recommend.
