  From our first meeting with Antonia, we were impressed. Her knowledge of the roofing products and installation process is immense yet she never made us feel our questions were not important. When we met Blake, the team lead, he continued to impress us with his professionalism and courtesy. His team mirrored this throughout the installation. Each one of them was polite, friendly, courteous, professional and extremely knowledgeable and skilled. They answered all of our questions patiently and worked extremely hard, even staying extremely late one evening to ensure our partially completed roof was watertight before an oncoming rain. John ensured all materials were there on time for the team and he came back for a final inspection and double check clean up. (There was very little to clean up and the inspection was passed with flying colours as the team did such a great job.) He too, is extremely courteous, knowledgeable, skilled and professional. We are extremely pleased with the end result and happily recommend Roofs of Steel to anyone with an asphalt shingle roof or any other type of roof needing an upgrade.

  I would highly recommend Roofs of Steel. From start to finish, this was by far one of the best customer service experiences I have ever had. A special thank you to Antonia, whose incredible service, professionalism, and attention to detail made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was always responsive, patient, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything was done right. I would also like to recognize Blake and his team. They were outstanding—professional, courteous, and incredibly patient in answering all of my questions. They took the time to make sure every detail was perfect and worked proactively to address and mitigate any issues that arose along the way. It is rare to find a company that combines such high-quality workmanship with honesty and exceptional customer care.   New Roofs of Steel roof looks amazing and the whole sales, consultation and installation experience was friendly, patient and professional. From Antonia who met with us in person twice and several times through email and phone, to the Roofs of Steel installation team led by Blake - it was a very transparent and pleasant experience. When you make a significant investment in your house, you want the vendor to be helpful and informative and have the patience to answer every little question. Really I wish all companies worked in this manner. Great job on our house and thank you for giving us such great value for our money.

  I've seen a lot of this companies work over the years. Including a family members roof. It was installed in a matter of days, and the crews took extra care to not damage garden and permanent patio fixtures. Would recommend if you are looking for a reputable metal roofing installer.

  Our Roofs Of Steel crew under Brad were awesome. Very professional , polite happy workers (which is hard to come by these days). An excellent job was done and everything cleaned up. The house looks great. I highly recommend Brad's crew and Roofs of Steel.

  We went with Roofs of Steel and couldn’t be happier. Antonia was great to deal with — honest, straightforward, and always quick to answer questions. The crew, led by Blake, did an amazing job and were wonderful to deal with; they treated our home with care, cleaned up every day, and the roof looks fantastic - we've received so many compliments! It took just two days to install, exactly as estimated. We’ve already been through a few rainstorms, and the house has stayed perfectly dry. It’s not really any noisier than our old roof, just a different sound — one we actually enjoy. The price was less than 20% higher than asphalt, but it's a lifetime roof and has a no-maintenance warranty; it was an easy choice. We feel very good about our decision.
