I recently had this company replace the flat roof on one of my commercial buildings, and I couldn’t be happier. They offered the best price out of all the estimates I received without sacrificing quality. What really stood out was how quickly they got the job scheduled and completed. The crew was professional, efficient, and the finished roof looks great. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again. A+++++

This company is hands down the best I’ve ever worked with. Fast, courteous, and professional. Job was quoted best around and Russ stands by his work and would highly recommend 10/10

Please read the whole review.. I had several local roofing companies come to my house and give me estimates (I’m tempted to name them, but I won’t… but if you’re in the Utica area, they were all here) When you call Northeastern, you are calling the owner… when you are getting a quote, you are getting it from the owner, when you have a question, the owner is the one taking care of you.. no answering service, “you need to talk to so and so” “they’re the ones who do this” “this person does that” “my son handles that” “call back in 2 hours”, “wait for a call back” “we’ll mail you the estimate.” save yourself the hassle and stress of trying to get people to come to your house and just go with Northeastern. Russ is an old soul and people like him don’t exist anymore. He was here working with his crew, making sure everything was perfect, checked in with me several times throughout the day to make sure we were happy with everything, and when his crew left the only way you’d know they were here would be because there is a brand new, BEAUTIFUL roof on my house and a sign that says Northeastern Roofing.. they left my property spotless and mind you this was a 90 degree day and they worked from 7am-8pm.. literally scoured my lawn and driveway to make sure there wasn’t a single nail or piece of material. As far as price goes, I’ll be honest, all of the roofing companies were within 1000 of each other and although Russ was equal to or beat everyone else.. if I ever have to do this again I’d go with him even if his estimate was thousands higher than the next best.. that’s how pleased we are with the quality and the customer service.
