  This contractor installed siding on my home and renovated my porches on a 3 family home. He is an unlicensed contractor and I was not aware of this fact when I hired him as a contractor. The job was completed in December 23rd and he requested that I write a review. I provided a review in December at his urging but at the time I was unaware of all of the issues that would arise. Shortly after completion I was told that my siding did not pass inspection as he did not add the porch work on the permit. After multiple attempts to get it rectified I found out that he did not repair the porch to code and I had to hire another contractor to fix his work. I paid a 1000 deposit to that contractor and Dixon (the Owner of Nolasco Home Pro) paid the rest. The Contractor finished the repair and Dixon paid the contractor but did not return my deposit. I also asked him multiple times to address the rotted sheathing prior to putting on my siding. He advised me that he would but failed to address the sheathing as we discovered rotted sheathing during our interior repairs in June. Dixon came back and fixed the sheathing but damaged my siding in the process. At this point I am very frustrated and I am going through the steps to report this company through every channel that is available to me as a consumer. Buyer Beware if you decide to work with this company.

  Josué and his hardworking team were very courteous and professional. They did a great job repairing the gutters on my home. He explained and provided photos of everything they did. I feel the repairs they did were done the right way and no shortcuts were taken. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

  Nolasco was great! Fair pricing and quality work. Communication was great, as well as scheduling. He exceeded my expectations for our project of replacing the clapboard and installing vinyl siding!

  I recently had my vinyl siding at my property in 29 Lincoln St Malden with Nolasco Home Pro. Initially, I asked for quotations offer from 3 different companies. One company made a very high offer, the other company made a very low offer and Nolasco home pro made a reasonable offer not too high and not to low as per my research of materials cost and the total jobs to be done. I decided to go with Nolasco Home Pro for this job because the price offer from one company was too high which I found too expensive and the other had a too low offer, which I had a doubt on a quality job! I made a contract with Nolasco Home Pro for the job. The Nolasco Home Pro made a scheduled of work and started the job in a very professional way. It started the job on the 4th. of May and wrapped up on the 15th of May 2026. The people who involved in the work were so skilled, polite and hard working. I am very impressed with their work. When the job was completed, the property at 29 Lincoln St. looked stunning! Seeing is definitely believing! I would say, you cannot go wrong choosing the Nolasco Home Pro for your home projects!   Nolasco Home Pro was great to work with. They were efficient, polite, clean and quick. The price was affordable and my deck looks beautiful. I will definitely call them again for my home improvement needs!

  We worked with JOSUE and from start until finish, he was a pleasure to work with. The outside of our house was re- sided from old vinyl siding to James Hardy cement siding. Very responsive to our needs and requests and the finished siding looks beautiful. It was a big job and also they cleaned up really well. Highly recommend.

  I had a good experience working with Noalsco Home Pro to repair our garage. Dixon and his team were completed the work in the time they said it would take. I am really happy with how the garage turned out (replaced siding, windows and rotten beams).

  NHP Was recommended to us by a friend and glad for it. Our home experienced major storm leakage to the upper roof deck and living room. They proved to be very reliable. Their expertise and quality of workmanship are top notch. Overall, we had an excellent experience. We have hired them to replace our lower deck. I can’t think of a better recommendation than that.
