  Make sure that you are completely satisfied with the work that De La Rosa Roofing does on your house before you pay them. Otherwise they may never come back to correct any problems with the work that is supposed to be covered under their warranty.

  Review spams could really mislead potential customers. If your a past client we would love to make this right as we don't get paid for work thats not completely finished.

  I could not recommend them more! I called them at 6:30 on Wednesday night about water stains appearing on my kitchen ceiling. Not only were they there the next morning at 8:30am, but they beat my other quote and had it fixed before noon. Friendly, professional service at a good price! I will be using them for all my roofing needs in the future and will recommend them to friends as well. Edit: the roof started leaking again after another big storm about a year later. Had another company come look and the boot put on it was the wrong size.

  Still waiting for my updated and corrected receipt for Cleveland st, which was done a year ago. Also waiting for the flashing to be fixed like promised. Keep being promised things will be resolved but here I am a year later. They also keep deleting my comment off Facebook

  Hi Nikky I was aware of your comment & had already scheduled you in for this week. We never did any flashing work on your fascia but will still fix it out of courtesy. I have been very responsive and have no issues making things right. Sorry for your concerns.

  We were very happy with our roof! Manny was very responsive and did the estimate right away. His team was able to do the roof in less than a week and finished in one day!   First of all, Manny answered the phone when I called. When does that happen? He was very communicative throughout the process keeping me informed through phone calls and texts. That is rare! His team did an amazing job removing snow and ice dams from my roof. I will definitely be calling the team in the spring (and probably after this blizzard!) to take a look at my roof to see what could be improved upon, so this doesn’t happen again. I highly recommend De La Rosa Roofing.
