  They botched a job on our Condominium roof not once buy twice, then they walked away!

  Hi Mark. We are sorry you looked at it that way. We have never and would never walk away from a project. After the first roof was proved to have material defects; we replaced it in it's entirety. Gladly did so at no charge. Feel free to call if you are having any issues.

  My experience is mixed. We had a good experience with work that they did for us. We paid in full in a timely manner. So, our impression was very good, deserving five stars. But, more recently, we've called to have them back, been told that they would respond to set up a site visit, but no call back. Multiple calls to them later over a few weeks and speaking with Demir multiple times, always led to Demir saying that they would be back in touch to arrange for a visit. But, no return call. I don't know if they are just too busy or what. I would have appreciated them telling us up front that they simply weren't interested since we delayed a few weeks before reaching out to other companies.

  Outstanding experience!! US Roofing was recommended by another trade (electrician) who used them. I am very glad to have contracted with US Roofing. The owner was helpful and professional during the estimation and selection process. The price was very competitive. My entire installation experience was top shelf. The workmanship was perfect. They did not cut any corners. Clean-up was spotless. If you are worried about hiring the right roofing contractor, I highly recommend US Roofing and you will, too.

  For a number of months, we have had a persistent leak in the slate roof of our 100 year old Marblehead house. We were most impressed when Mike arrived to survey the situation with a drone to pinpoint the actual problem. After several consultations and storms, Mike's crew worked diligently over a two day period to completely open and redo the valley in the slate roof that Mike had determined was the problem. His crew was super efficient and extremely professional, never disturbing even our dog with any excessive noise. Their clean up was more than satisfactory. But the best part of their work was the fact that the next rainstorm proved without question that the leak had been fixed.. His price was fair and the work was done in a timely manner. We would have no hesitation using US Roofing for any future roofing problems.They are unquestionably the best. Jack and Phyllis, Marblehead .
