  Damian Rios came to my door and wanted to inspect my roof for free. Already doing three homes on my street. The first claim inspection denied so was going to appeal the claim. He came out one more time to take pictures and then stopped responding to my sms. Couldn't call because his voicemail box is full. Called another roofer after no response to several text sent over 4 days. Rating is for lack of follow-ups.

  Israel came out to provide a free estimate on our roof, and I couldn’t be more thankful for the experience! From start to finish, he was incredibly informative, responsive, and honest. He took the time to explain the entire process, answer all of our questions, and make sure we truly understood what to expect. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about helping people rather than simply making a sale. Israel was professional, trustworthy, and made what could have been a stressful process feel easy and straightforward. I truly appreciate his honesty and willingness to help. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing roofing work or simply wanting an honest opinion and estimate!

  The owner was responsive, and the job was completed as scheduled. He explained the process clearly, offered suggestions and options, but was not pushy about additional services. Friendly and professional.
