I don’t often leave reviews but in this case I just had to. My experience with Next Exteriors by Premier Builder to replace my roof was amazingly organized, efficient, friendly and accommodating, and fairly priced. Beginning to end it was a …

Margaret — wow, thank you so much for taking the time to write this. Reviews like yours genuinely make our day, and we'll be sure Paul, Pam, and Tom see every word. They each take a lot of pride in their part of the process, and it means a lot to hear it landed the way they hoped. The crew really appreciates you noticing how hard they worked out there. We're so glad we could leave you with a finished roof you're happy with and an experience that felt smooth from start to finish. Thank you again for recommending us to your friends and family, Margaret. That trust is the highest compliment we can earn, and we'll keep showing up the same way for every neighbor you send our way. — The Next Exteriors / Premier Builder Team

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but Next Exteriors / Primer Builder MI absolutely earned this one. They replaced my roof, then went on to do a relative’s roof, and later a close friend’s roof—three separate projects, three flawless results. Consistency like that is not an accident. If you want a roofing company in Michigan that does the job right the first time, uses quality materials, communicates clearly, and charges a fair, honest price, this is your company. Their workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism stand out in an industry where that is not always the norm. Now let’s be direct: If you are shopping purely for the absolute lowest price, you will get exactly what you pay for. And if you go with a big-name roofing company, understand that a large portion of your bill is funding the salesperson’s Cadillac—not your roof. Next Exteriors / Primer Builder MI puts the money where it belongs: materials, craftsmanship, and experienced crews. Across multiple homes and multiple jobs, they delivered: • High-quality roofing installation • Clean, efficient job sites • Clear timelines and expectations • Roofing work that inspires confidence, not callbacks In a crowded market of Michigan roofing contractors, Next Exteriors / Primer Builder MI proves that value, integrity, and skilled labor still exist. You decide what matters more—flashy branding or a roof done right. For me, my family, and my friends, the choice was obvious. Highly recommended.
