  Terrible. Damaged new roof when removing gutters. They "repaired" damaged shingles and drip edges, 2 years later have leakes and nails coming through shingles. Keep shopping for a company to do the job.

  I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone. It costs $5,000 and they put the screen door on the wrong side, they sent out a couple who the lady just stood there and watched him, it took them over a week to do, the guy they sent parked in my driveway and his van leaked oil on my brand new stone driveway and I had to cancel the plans I had for it 3 times and they did absolutely nothing to make it right on top of ignoring my calls for 2 days. So I'm not happy with the work and the door looks stupid where it is!

  $900 for a job that ended up taking a team of two 1.5 hours. I provided all materials save for maybe a few nails. Had it not been an urgent need I would have spent the time to get more quotes but trusted 3G to be fair. Was offered $100 discount when I called and shared how little time the job took. No complaints on the quality of the work overall but feels like I way overpaid.

  If I could give company a negative rating I would. Im recently widowed and tried to explain what I wanted to get done as what was wanted by departed husband. The man I spoke to was pushy and tried to sell me things that I didn’t ask for and need. (Thankfully I had a couple estimates) I feel like he thought I was an easy mark and could be taken advantage of easily because of my husband’s passing. Beware of this predator trying to over charge and take advantage of people. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company!!! I have reported this company with the State of Michigan and the better business bureau along with Angies List. Buyer beware!

  Had all new gutters installed . This is the third time the gutter has fallen off in different locations. I called and asked to speak to the owner over a week ago with no return call from him. Jake you haven't come out to access the situation like you said. Last night it poured into my building and down the electrical panel. You stated you stand by your work. The gutter is hanging off the building for the 3rd time. I don't have patience for someone who cannot address something that your company caused. Your lack of concern has caused me to take further action against you and your company!

  I requested a quote and then a few months later asked to schedule since they were busy. It worked better for our timing and theirs. They requoted and was around $500 more with less service. We continued to go forward anyway. They had to reschedule several times. Sent a crew out and they left a mess everywhere. Shards of metal all over the yard, front and back and dirt all over our lawn furniture and porch. First rain... the gutters leaked all around the house. We were told that they were busy so they hired another crew to help and that their "a team" would be back out to look over the installation. After the crew came again and "repaired" the gutters, the gutters still leaked. We were asked to go outside when it rained and take video of the leaks. Gutters still leak in certain areas.

  3G Home Exteriors completed a tuck-pointing job on my front porch and my back walk-out steps. Quote was fair, crew was on time, professional and courteous. After they completed the job, they cleaned up the job site leaving no trace. Overall, it was a very good experience and I would recommend them for the same work.

  3G was excellent to work with. They kept appointment times, did everything they promised. We love our new micro mesh gutter guards. No more water overflowing onto our porch. No more locust leaves or seeds to clean. Best of all, no more climbing on the roof. Would highly recommend.

  Jamie was very pleasant individual to speak with and made sure to call to update me on any details. The roofing itself is amazing, the group that was here did a great job with clean up and taking off the old roof. No more leaking in my backroom!!!
