  Gave me an estimate over the phone without any details about the work to be done. Will you give us 10k to do it was the response I got. No contract. No proposal

  He was not very much interested in working on my roof because i own a mobile home but said he would stop by anyway to look at it. He never did. I called back a week later and he never called me back. Totally ignored my message. He may be a good roofer but he was a lousy one to me and very disrespectful.

  Have been waiting 8weeks for a roofing job quote. Called twice. My neighbor has been waiting on them as well. Why even come out if you can’t provide a quote on a new roof.

  Called twice. First time male answered stated he would call back later that night or next day. Waited two weeks and nothing. Called back again and got a female who stated they would call back later in the evening. No return call again.

  Useless. Was told we dont install metat roof because that makes holes in you roof??? Yeah i suppose i should use the gravity mount shingles..

  NRV Roofing was recommended to us by a family member, and they absolutely lived up to the recommendation! The whole team was excellent from start to finish. The project went smoothly, communication was great, and the quality of the workmanship was top-notch. They also did an outstanding job cleaning up when the work was finished—you wouldn't even know they had been here except for our beautiful new roof! Everyone was professional, efficient, and took pride in their work. We're very happy with the results and highly recommend NRV Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable roofing company. It's easy to see why they've been serving the New River Valley for over 30 years.

  NRV Roofing is a great company! They were tasked with removing our metal roofs and installing a new shingled roof- all during the winter season (with two holidays to work around!). Wayne, Sonya, and their team are fabulous! This company's craftsmanship is high quality and everyone associated with NRV Roofing is very professional. Communication is top-notch, with quick responses to emails, calls, and texts.The installation team cleaned and tidied up EVERY day! This was very much appreciated, especially since it was during the holidays. We are very pleased with our new roof and highly recommend NRV Roofing!

  We had our roof replaced in November 2025 and had a great experience with NRV Roofing. Process was quick and seamless and we ended up with a great looking roof. Would highly recommend to anyone in the NRV.

  This outfit is the best around. They don’t advertise much because they don’t need too. They have done multiple jobs for me, my family, and friends. Every job was done timely, and professional. These really are good people doing good work . If you are looking to get a job done my advice is to call New River Roofing .

  Top notch company they were prompt with estimate and scheduling of replacement. The crew came out started the job and two days later after all repairs were done they cleaned up completely. I received a call asking if I was satisfied with everything , I couldn't ask for a better experience. I highly reamend this company for any roofing jobs .

  I needed a roof replacement for an upcoming solar installation. NRV Roofing came in with a very good quote. Wayne was very upfront about what needed to be done with my roof. The work was done as promised, on schedule, and very professionally.It looks beautiful. I would highly recommend NRV Roofing.

  Wayne and Sonya provided excellent service and communication for our roofing project. Before starting our new roof installation, they made sure our roof leaks were taken care of during the numerous spring storms. Excellent service and excellent workmanship!

  SO very impressed and pleased with NRV Roofing! Wayne provided a prompt and detailed estimate, communicated with me throughout the entire process, and answered all my multiple questions quickly. Sonia in his office was also great to work with! She answered my calls promptly, and even brought shingle samples to my house to save me a trip to their office. Wayne’s roofing team came out early on a Tuesday morning and worked all day replacing my roof, staying until 9pm to finish the job in ONE day!! They cleaned up the yard and when finished it looked like nobody had ever been at my house. I’m really happy with the service, communication, and work provided by NRV Roofing and HIGHLY recommend this company if you need any roofing work!!

  I Have to fully recommend New River Valley Roofing! From the very beginning, they were fantastic!!! Sonya and the sales team (Wayne Simpson) were incredibly attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain the entire roofing process clearly. I never felt pressured, and they made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. Then came the installation crew. Now, these folks are the real heroes! We were in the thick of winter when our roof needed replacing, and let me tell you, that's no easy feat. Despite the cold, they tackled the job with impressive speed and never once complained. But speed wasn't the only thing that impressed me. Every single member of the crew was professional, respectful, and meticulous in their work. They kept the worksite clean and were always happy to explain what they were doing. Honestly, I couldn't be happier with the end result. New River Valley Roofing did a superb job, and it's clear they take a lot of pride in their work. Just yesterday, I saw their crew working on another house in the neighborhood, and I felt a little pang of pride knowing I had chosen such a top-notch company.   Wayne Simpson is so knowledgeable of the roofing business. His explanations to me of the why’s and how’s of what needed to be done were unmatched by anyone else. Very professional and accommodating. The roofers were unbelievably efficient and did quality work and kept ground picked up daily. His pricing was underneath the competition too! Someone recommended NRV Roofing to me and I did the same for others around my neighborhood. Save yourself some time and money. Quality work! Without hesitation! New River Valley Roofing…Wayne Simpson…the best! 👍
