  I inquired about needing a new roof on my well house. Their response was they had over 30 whole house roofs to complete and could not help me. I didn’t ask to be bumped to the front of the list since it was a small job, I would have been happy to go on a waiting list. Small jobs make your company money, just like large ones do. They also are likely to get you those larger jobs in the future.

  You are correct. The size of the job does not matter. Unfortunately, we have been trying to get caught up in our roofing jobs. For a short time, we were not accepting new work. Waiting in a queue is not what we want for our customers, but it is where we are.

  Spoke with Chris several times via phone and text on getting an estimate for a roof. Three weeks later from our initial conversation and two follow ups later and still no estimate.

  Shoddiest experience I have ever encountered. Arrogant off the street unskilled crew matches the owner perfectly. Untrustworthy , unskilled, uncaring, arrogant. No matter the wait, go elsewhere.

  After working with Moss on the color of shingles, and being patient and waiting three months with no phone calls or any other communications from them. If you are new construction I guess you’ll have it made.

  Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to explain. Your original proposal was mailed to you on 9/13/19. You requested additional changes which we were happy to make. The updated proposal was reissued on 9/23/19, signed by you on 10/7/19, and returned to our office on 10/11/19. When we first spoke, you were informed that we were running about three to four weeks out. During the time it took to receive your signed contract, we had also received numerous other contracts as well. The jobs are put on our “to do” board in the order they are received. We always strive to complete jobs in a timely manner. Unfortunately there are always things that could happen that may cause delays, such as inclement weather, discovering rotten wood, employee emergencies, holidays, etc. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we would like the opportunity to work with you in the future.   An upstairs bathroom had a leak in ceiling. I called Moss Roofing and left a message. They got back to me promptly and Chris came out and repaired the leak. While here, he also inspected the entire roof and repaired several other places …

  Great experience from start to finish! We did roofing and shutters, the process was simple, the pricing was reasonable. Every single person we spoke with was beyond kind and helpful. I cant wait to get a siding quote next!

  Moss Home Improvements was efficient in installing our new roof. We met with Chris and he detailed the process. The roof was installed and cleanup was complete in a timely manner. There was an issue with the flashing on a bay window and they returned to work on the issue. I highly recommend Moss Home Improvement to care for your roofing needs. We had gutters installed from this company a few years back and the the gutters complement the new roof. Thanks for your service and professionalism.

  Chris Miller and his crew were very professional and nice. The siding they installed on the house looks great. The job was done in a timely manner. They cleaned up all the debris. Highly recommend.

  They came and replaced the windows in my mom’s house ( R Boulware). She was cleaning the windows and couldn’t get one to close. They came out and fixed it for her quickly! Very professional! Highly recommend
