  Not sure why I had trouble when everyone else didn’t, but it was incredibly difficult to set up a time for just an estimate. First, he did not respond even though I communicated after my initial call per the format (text) and time he chose. Then, when I initiated contact again, we set up a time for an estimate. EXCEPT HE NEVER SHOWED UP! I texted and called to see if he was on his way- nothing. Incredibly unprofessional and a HUGE waste of my time. Their slogan, “We’ll call you back” is a pure lie.

  First time customer. None of the people I previously knew of would remove the crumbling chimneys from my roof. Timely communication, reasonable pricing, knowledgeable, very quick turnaround. Don't need to worry about leaks when the snow starts. Definitely calling again when I need something done.

  Mark returned my phone calls and was one time!!! Did excellent work, my roof look amazing. Very attention to detail and went above and beyond to make my new roof look amazing, even took care of some other issue I mentioned. They cleaned up everything very professional. Definitely will call him back for other projects.

  Mark was so easy to work with. We called over 30 roofing companies and nobody was willing to do the work. Him and his team did an outstanding job and finished the project within a few days. I am so impressed with his dedication and professionalism. I would strongly recommend his company to anyone. We are extremely satisfied with his work!

  Mid September I was looking to replace my roof. I called numerous roofing companies. Appalachian Contractors were the first to return my call. The very next morning they called me and were at my house inspecting my roof for an estimate. They provided me with an estimate and also repaired a spot where my roof was leaking. They were very knowledgeable, friendly, and I could tell that they took pride in their work. We hired them with no hesitation. They replaced my roof, got it done in a timely manner, and I can’t be happier with it. I highly recommend Appalachian Contractors. I will be using them in the future!!!

  We had an agreement to stop the leaking and replace my roof and fix my front gutter. Mark shook my hand and promised me he'd resolve my issues.

  I am very please with my new metal roof. Appalachian did an amazing job even with my time constraint. The crew did a wonderful job and they were very friendly, even though my dog barked and growled at them all day through the windows. Definitely will recommend them to my friends and family.
