  New Image and Shaun did an amazing job on my roof. He battled my insurance company after they denied my roof initially and got them to pay for the damage that was obviously there. He made the entire process seamless and easy. He was relentless with my insurance and made sure they paid for my damages. Danni the project manager was very sweet. She kept me in the loop all day as the roof was going on and made sure everything was cleaned up after. If you are thinking about replacing or repairing your roof, I highly recommend Shaun Richer and the team at New Image Construction & Roof Pros LLC.

  Thank you Shawn, Denni, and everyone else for the great work you did on everything it took to get our roof replaced! This company did exactly what they said they would do. It took a little time but if you can be patient they will get your Home Owners Insurance Company to pay for it. I was super skeptical at first but they proved me wrong. Great job! Our roof looks so much better. I highly recommend them. We only had to pay our deductible.

They did an outstanding and amazing job from start to finish. The team was professional, punctual, knowledgeable, and paid close attention to every detail. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and they made sure everything was completed correctly. Also to mention Danny did an excellent work inspecting a making sure all was finished correctly, I would definitely hire them again and recommend them to my family friends or anyone looking for reliable service.   Nidia & Jaylin were very informative on roofing spent time going over all options. Weren't just trying to sell us a new roof Explained all the advantages of a new roof. Also showed us the color options with the picture of the house with the different colors. Not the usual high pressure sales as many are. They should get many more stars than 5 I'd give them a 10 stars. I'll refer them to anyone I know needing a new roof. Even with our deductible was a Great price.

  These guys do great work in a very reasonable amount of time. Ramey Moore II helped me navigate the claims process with my insurance and made sure I was taken care of. He also kept me up to date on everything as it was happening. He's a great guy in a great company.
