  Pros: after 18 months of back and forth with the insurance company we have a beautiful new roof and gutters Cons: lack of follow up and shady billing practices 1- We were supposed to have some drywall work done on the same day that our roof was replaced but our rep forgot to schedule it. We were told on that day that it would be scheduled shortly yet we had to follow up twice to get it done then someone shows up unannounced and with an attitude an hour early for a 2 pm appointment that we weren’t informed of. After getting that squared away he was expecting payment for the work - we had already paid our insurance deductible for the work. 2- Imagine paying a $6000+ deductible and an additional $2800+ only to get a bill from a HVAC company for damage that was done to your system by the roofers 3 MONTHS AFTER THE JOB!!! The roofers shot through our line so we lost all of our Freon. Our project manager said nothing to us about the damage when it happened and Lifeline called a company out to repair it, saying NOTHING about us being expected to pay for the repair of damage caused by their team. We went to lunch and when we returned there were techs working on our AC unit who explained to my husband what the roofers had done. We receive the invoice and I called the Lifeline to speak with Rose who had been somewhat helpful in the past regarding getting the drywall work scheduled and getting us our final invoice to pay - yes we had to take initiative to make sure our bill was settled - but she basically talked over me as I tried to explain my confusion about receiving the bill from the HVAC company, hung up on me and would not answer the phone when I called right back. I spoke to someone from the HVAC company and he explained that he’d spoken to a lady from Lifeline the day before and they released our phone number and email address to the HVAC company so they could bill us. He also mentioned that they were told to “let them know if they refuse to pay y’all”. Th

  Zero stars should be an option. After being assured numerous times that we would only have to pay our deductible for a new roof, we signed the contract. We later learned that the Lifeline Roofing sales team lied to us and their lies cost us another $5,000 on top of our deductible. If they tell you that they spoke to your insurance company and confirmed how much your insurance will pay, don't trust them. Speak to the insurance company yourself so you don't get blindsided too. Shady Sales people will say anything to get your name on that contract. Definitely WOULD NOT recommend. Also, we're still picking up nails in our yard months later. You're "Disappointed to hear about my bad experience"? Apparently not disappointed enough to make it right.

  I just had Lifeline Roofing Systems. Micah made the initial evaluation and then Abraham came and installed them. They did a great job and cleaned up everything. I would definitely recommend them for roofing or gutter issues.

  Micah came out and was very knowledgeable and educational and walked roof with me. He explained the process of getting roof repaired/replaced, how to go about it and walked me through it, and on top of all that he did a temporary repair and covered the bad spots on the roof free of charge. Would definitely recommend not only lifeline roofing to anyone but would recommend Micah as well!!

  The top of our roof vent had blown up from all the wind we have been having. I called Lifeline and they came out when promised and were able to secure the top of the vent for me. I appreciate that they did not try to make it into a larger problem. We could not tell, he could have said the whole vent needed replacing and repair need where he came up BUT he did not. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely call again if I have a problem.

  From our first meeting until even after the roof was complete - customer oriented, definitely a professional roofer that I know I can call anytime, expert, quality, outstanding installation team, flexible.   A tree fell on our roof during a heavy storm. The insurance company did a tarp patch job and disappeared. I kept getting the run around by every other roofing company that came out to give quotes. I was referred to Lifeline Roofing Systems by a trusted friend. Micha contacted me on Tuesday morning. He arrived on time as scheduled on a Tuesday early evening, and the work was completed by Friday afternoon. I was shown pictures of my roof with explanation of each before & after. Thank you for making this stressful issue become easy for this busy mom.
