  The statements in the review are inaccurate. The customer did not lose $40,000. As noted in the review, he is not legally owed a refund because he canceled an active contract after significant work had already been completed. The top of the wall was left unfinished because the next step involved removing the roof to build the planned addition. Regarding communication, we have no record of multiple calls; the first contact after cancellation occurred approximately eight months later. The rot mentioned was located at a window the customer requested to replace. We had planned to address it once the new window arrived. We also offered to complete the siding portion, but the customer stated he had already done it himself. In summary, the job was canceled mid-project because the customer anticipated insufficient funds to complete payment. Eight months later, he demanded a full refund and threatened negative reviews. We even offered a partial settlement to resolve the matter, but he insisted on all or nothing.

  2FL Windows and Siding provides excellent value. Our new siding (Hardie) and roof (composite) was flawlessly installed at a very reasonable price. Chris was helpful and knowledgeable and provided us with honest and accurate cost estimates. I encourage others to use this company if you wish to avoid pressure sales tactics and add-ons, which we encountered prior to hiring 2FL.
