Showed me a estimate for $15,000 and gave me a bill for $21,000 made me sign a blank contract he promises you are warranty warranty he's not a Master Certified installer from gas or any roofing company so he can't give you a warranty even if he promised you a warranty he cannot did Shady work didn't complete the work and hires illegal workers

Good evening Mr. Abdallah, Indeed you did receive an estimate of $15,000.00 that was before you included other services you said you wanted done. Extra material & the extra services gave you a high total amount, you agreed to the final price and sign our contract. As a licenced company we are obligated to go over the terms with our customers. Especially, if we are dealing with insurance claims, no customer signs a blank contract. Your house roof was finish, otherwise insurance would not have made final payment. If you wished, you can contact our office at (630) 256-0369 to talk about the final payment you have not made.

Outstanding service! Francisco and crew went above and beyond in replacing our roof last year. We were so satisfied that now we are going to hire NGE to replace a flat roof at our rental building.

Mr. Ruiz and his team at New Generation were fast and eager to work from the initial call for an estimate right through getting a contract signed, setting up a date and time to work that was right for me right and up to the end of the job. They even took the extra step of allowing me to pay for the job and the extra's separately at a later date to take the stress off my bank account! Professionalism an easy 5/5 Timely 5/5 Eagerness to work 10/5! Cleanliness 5/5
