Can't say enough about the outstanding Customer Care provided by New Era Roofing. They have been out to my home twice (for unrelated issues) and did a marvelous job. They respond right away...arriving within 24 hours of my call. Repairs were completed within 48 hours! Jocelyn and Armando are wonderful to work with. Enthusiastically recommend New Era for any and all roofing needs!!

I have used Armando and his crew a couple times over the past 10 years. He always explains thoroughly what is needed to get the job done and his price is fair.

Very impressed Armando and how honest he was with me when he inspected our roof. We have solar, and I appreciate that he recommended we check with the solar company first, prior to working with anyone to remove the panels and do the repairs. Doing so could potentially void our warranty, and he didn’t have to say that.

I had the pleasure of hiring Armando and his wife Jocelyn to fix my parents roof in Wildomar. From the very start they contacted me and set a time to stop by and give me an estimate for replacing the worn out roof. They arrived on time and later that day they emailed me a written estimate with a complete breakdown of how the job was going to be done the materials used and how long will it take to fix it. I submitted the information to my insurance company and got the ok to proceed. The work ethics of Armando and Jocelyn are exceptional, the roof was replaced ahead of time and on budget! This is a family owned business and this is my parents house, the care they took in keeping me informed and working so diligently to make sure the job was done right makes me proud to highly recommend New Era Roofing!
