This company schedules thier roofing job just after dawn (5:20 AM) right outside my bedroom window, dragging a 2 week job out to however long because they work till 8:00 AM every weekday. I'm pretty sure this is illegal, and it definitely is an unwelcome practice.

Terrible service. Had one of your trucks deliberately park us in a parking lot and further cause problems for us. Have photos of the license plate would love to share with you guys. Was working on the roof at Harvey’s Lethbridge, had BC plates

Essentially charged my mom to go up onto roof with no tools or any equipment and do nothing, then said the job was done, yet less than a year later it is leaking in the exact same spot. Got another roofer and in 1 hour they fixed all three issues for half the price.

We appreciate your feedback on this matter, Alfred. Repairs are not always permanent due to the conditions of the roof and the cause of leakage, and we hope that the issue is resolved.

I asked for an estimate in Dec. They came by twice to "have a look". I've called them back 3 times, to ask where my estimate was and was told I should have it by the end of the day. Well it's Feb now and still no estimate. No recommended.

Horrible customer service. I had a simple roof repair that I had met and gone over what was needed to be done. When the bill arrived it was double what was expected. When I called to ask about it, I was told to "pay it or else they would …

Thank you for your feedback, Ryan. The repairs don't always go as planned and we can not always fix other installer's mistakes. If you would like to discuss this matter further, please call our office at 1-888318-8642.

We managed for years with a leaky, badly installed roof from a contractor that didn’t know about the issues encountered with a low slope roof. Because it was newly installed we coped and Nelson helped us out over the years with little patches when a new leak appeared. They came immediately in the middle of a bad storm and installed tarps when it was clear the roof was finished. When they installed our new roof it was a wonderful experience. His crew was knowledgeable and professional, they really did a great job. I can finally stop looking for leaks every time we get high winds and rain. I highly recommend Nelson.

Thank you very much for doing such a professional job in replacing our roof. We have not experienced any problems especially during the resent high winds and heavy rains. I would recommend your company to anyone.
