I had a new roof installed by this company, and unfortunately I’ve been dealing with ongoing issues since the work was completed. Not long after the installation, I noticed mold developing on my ceiling in one area. I contacted them, and they came out to inspect it. Later, a second spot appeared in a different location, which made me even more concerned that there may be an underlying issue (possibly a leak or something related to the installation). They have now been out twice, but the problem still hasn’t been resolved, and the second visit didn’t address the new area. At this point, I’m left with multiple spots of mold and no clear explanation or fix. I was expecting a new roof to prevent problems like this, not create them. I’m hoping the company will take responsibility, properly investigate the cause, and fully resolve the issue. Until then, I can’t recommend their services based on my experience.
