Make sure they quote on snow guards. On our roof, Jesse said we might not need them. First winter, we lost a big gutter and some plants. We ended up getting all new gutters. One snow guard from Ironwood was $1500 because this roof needs special guards to attach to this roof. In retrospect, I should have gone with a different metal roof. In reference to your reply, The suggestion that I made a false statement and was bent on criticizing your company is an outright lie. If it is not a lie on your part get a lawyer and sue me. I have reduced your rating,

Bought a house that had a roof installed by Ironwood Shake and Shingle 5 years before. Prior to buying, I checked with ISS to make sure the warranty was still active, as it is a metal roof. They assured me it was. After purchasing the house, they decided to inform me that they won't be honouring any warranty (installation or manufacturers) and would not reply to my enquiries as to why. The emails I received from them were rude at best and I will be sure to let everybody I know to deal with a different roofing company.

We couldn't be happier with our new roof! The crew was friendly, professional, and incredibly hardworking, even pushing through torrential rain to keep the project on schedule. They kept our yard and gardens spotless throughout the job, removed all of the old roofing materials, and left everything cleaner than they found it. The quality of workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding. They fixed a warp in our roof so seamlessly that you would never know it was ever there. Our roof looks amazing, and we constantly receive compliments on it. Any issues that came up were addressed immediately, and the entire process was timely and efficient. If you're looking for a high-quality, long-lasting roof and a company that truly takes pride in their work, I highly recommend them.

Could not have asked for a better job then the crew at Ironwood gave us. The whole situation from dealing with Jesse from getting quotes, booking the job and having Devon and his crew install our roof, was great. Now we never have to reroof again. Thank you

We had an Ironwood roof installed a couple of years ago and have been very happy with it. Recently, we had a home inspection as we were selling our house and the inspector mentioned that there was moisture coming into the attic of our roof. I called Ironwood to have them come look at it and they responded promptly and professionally. They had someone come inspect our roof the next day and ultimately fix our problem which turned out not to be related to our roof at all. And they waived any fees for the service drop-in to boot! Truly appreciate the great service from Ironwood and would recommend them to anyone.

An excellent job. We chose Ironwood for our home because we liked the longevity of the product. The roof was installed over top of the asphalt shingles, which saved waste in landfills. The job was done on time and on budet, and the house …

I am very pleased with my Ironwood roof. It looks amazingly like shakes. Friends and family were expecting a more industrial looking roof. They were surprised at how good the roof looks and how well it fits into the neighborhood. I have received nothing but complements on the appearance. We have had very hot weather since the roof was installed and my fears that the house would be warmer were without merit. In fact, I think it may be a little cooler. I would have no hesitation in recommending this type of roof.

Great product and a very attractive look. I have a feeling our neighbours will be jealous based on appearance alone. As other reviewers have said, Len and the installation crew are top notch. Dylan and Darrin were friendly and polite and went above and beyond to make us happy. I look forward to many years of not worrying about the roof ever again!

We want to thank Ironwood for the wonderful job they did with the installation of our new roof. We absolutely love it. The crew – Andrew, Brad, Devon and Richard were very professional and friendly. The final result is exactly what we hoped for and we really appreciate the crew’s attention to detail during the job which came in exactly as quoted by Jesse. Thanks guys.
