Desmond Oates was our point of contact all of our questions, concerns for work that was going to be preformed. He returned calls quickly and was very knowledgable on the process of dealing with the insurance company. The workers arrived early completed the reroofing just after 1 p.m. Desmond supervised the job and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done.
