The house needed a new roof for the usual reasons. Wood was rotted and crumbled in some places, the shingles were worn out and brittle and I also needed gutters installed. It's a big two-story house and hurricane season is coming so I had to hustle on getting it done. I left a message on the Skymark site requesting a quote and shortly afterward I received a call from Ignacio. He was instrumental in handling everything from helping me deal with the HOA to scheduling material delivery to scheduling repair day and finally gutter installation day. Ignacio was very patient with me during the entire process. Danielle was there from the beginning also, helping schedule materials and monitoring the project. The roof crew were very friendly, professional and respectful. Eddie and his crew got the roofing job done in less than two days with all the repairs that were required. They not only replaced all the rotted wood, shingles and underlayment but they also replaced and upgraded all the vents, which was a nice surprise. I was most happy with the new underlayment. The rubber underlayment is a HUGE improvement over the old tar paper houses used to have. During the recent rain, I couldn't even hear the rain hitting the roof. Once the roof was installed, Eddie and the crew cleaned everything up and vanished like they weren't even there. I wasn't disturbed during any of the process except for the normal sounds of construction going on. I enjoyed hearing the work that needed to be done. It was like being at the dentist and knowing that you're finally getting those rotten teeth taken care of. Once I was ready for gutters to be installed, Ignacio took my request of what I wanted done and he handled the rest. Next thing I knew, I had a new gutter system around the entire house! Before install, I let Ignacio know that I was concerned with one area of the roof where I wanted a downspout routed a certain way. Needless to say it was handled. Now I have a much better r

I recently had my roof replaced by Skymark Roofing and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Their communication throughout the whole process was excellent — they kept me updated every step of the way and answered all of my questions quickly and professionally. Not only was their pricing fair and competitive, but the quality of the materials they used on my roof was top-notch. You can truly tell they care about doing the job right the first time. The installation crew was also amazing. They were hardworking, respectful, efficient, and left my property clean when everything was finished. The roof looks incredible and I couldn’t be happier with the final result. I highly recommend Skymark Roofing to anyone looking for a reliable, honest, and professional roofing company!
