  Company has not paid for the shingles used. I now have a lien on home and in the process of legal action from shingle supplier. Beware--you may have to pay for roofing materials twice. To my surprise a couple of years later they reimbursed me the amount I had to pay to get the lien removed from my property. They do have integrity and desire to do the right thing. The roofing installation was very good and quality work.

  They did my roof in 2018 after a hurricane and did a nice job. I think the most recent hurricane MAY have caused some damage so I was hoping to have someone come out and inspect the roof. I don't expect it to be for free but I'd like to know if there is damage that needs to be addressed. I have called a couple times with no response so I'm not sure if they are even still in business. The one phone number appears to be disconnected. Other reviews seem to be indicating the same lack of response.

  After having our roof installed we have had multiple leaks repaired and now salt roofing refuses to return our calls about yet another leak. Do not use this company.

  Please be aware, they have not paid their gutter company for work from February and Construction Liens are being sent to the owners.

  Do not use Salt Roofing. Their work is terrible and they do not respond to any phone calls to repair the poor workmanship. I had to hire another roofing company to repair a leak to my 7 month old roof!

  Sally roofing talked a good game but their follow up on problems was non existence and their customer service was also non existence after many phone call that was ignored I finally gave up and called another company Therefore I would not recommend this company for any roofing problems.

  *Warning* I used Salt Roofing to replace my roof a 3-4 months ago; pleased with the results. They were paid in full, in advance. However, now I’ve received a Claim of Lien on my property, from the shingle supply company, due to non-payment from Salt Roofing. I’ve called numerous times and left messages, to no avail. Now I’m left to pay $5,200 to the supplier, to satisfy the lien.

  We had our roof started and completed in December and now I have a lien because salt roofing has not paid the shingles bill we paid them in full I have been trying for a week for someone to call me back about this can anyone help me. Do not do business with this company will change my post when I get someone to contact me

  Our roof looks beautiful! Amanda was very friendly and professional and answered all of my questions. I thought the price was very fair with no surprises. I would hire them again.

  I had my entire shingle roof replaced by Salt Roofing. It was a great and stress free experience coordinated by Keith Buse. There were no unexpected financial surprises and the whole process from the first sales call through the final clean up was transparent and went very smoothly.

  I needed a new roof soon after buying a house and hired Salt Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with their service! I was in a time crunch and they were timely and efficient. The Salt Roofing team was professional, friendly, and highly skilled. My new roof looks fantastic, and they completed the job in just one day. I would highly recommend Salt Roofing!

  We were completing an addition to our house, which had just been re-roofed by Salt Roofing the previous year, by the previous owners. We contacted Salt Roofing to confirm that if we had them do the new roofing and tie-in needed for the addition, that would preserve the warranty on the 1 year old roof, which was a key concern for us. George came out and reviewed our plans, existing work, etc., and gave us a quote for the new roofing work, which was very reasonably priced. When we were finally ready for the new roof to go on, George and team were very responsive, and completed the work on time, and at the price quoted, with no problems or complications. The quality of the work and materials was also very high, and their warranty also impressed us. They even took care of the work needed to add in the new vent stack for the range hood in the new kitchen, all included within the quoted price. George and team were very available and responsive throughout the process, which is rare these days in my experience. I would highly recommend Salt Roofing for any roofing related work that you need done.

  We are beyond pleased with our experience with Salt Roofing. We were under pressure to replace our roof from the insurance company. Salt roofing's pricing was fair and they moved mountains to get our roof on and the permit completed in time to satisfy our insurance. Amanda's communication was timely and professional and I felt like she really felt our stress about the insurance and was our partner in getting through the challenge. The install crew was fast and friendly and cleaned up everything. There was a miscommunication on the drip edge color and Salt owned it and made the correction without any problem. I will use Salt Roofing without question for my next roof.

  Salt Roofing was a great company to work with. They were quick, punctual, and did a great job. Amanda explained the process and was always available to answer questions. The crew was so hard working and cared about what they were doing. I would definitely recommend this company.

  Recently had my roof replaced by Salt Roofing. Work was done in 2 days. May I say I was very pleased with the workmanship, courtesy and professionalism from all the staff, from workers to the supervision of the job. A minor repair to ceiling in bedroom was needed due to repair of the roof. This repair was taken care of promptly & to my satisfaction by Salt Roofing. Be assured I would highly recommend your company to anyone. Thank you.

  Kasey just left my home in Eustis, I’ve got to say that out of all the sales professionals I’ve had for my roof, HVAC, well, and any other services, Kasey far surpasses my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and had a great attitude. Definitely was able to personalize his impressive recommendation of my roof replacement. And besides the two pushy car salesman, I mean roofers that came out before him, he was by far only interested in pointing my family and I in the best direction to get this roof resolved. His price was extremely fair and honest so I will only recommend Kasey and his team to my friends, family, and customers.

  This company is equivalent to an ambulance chaser if they were an injury attorney. I only realized that after I hired them to do an insurance claim in which they canvased my neighborhood after a hail storm, knowing they could get an adjuster to approve the claim under state law, basically. They got the roof approved but only for a portion of it, I ended up paying out of pocket for the rest. And the kicker is that my insurance company dropped me right after they did the job, so then I had to end up paying double in finding a new insurer. The job was done, but sloppily, they left roofing nails sticking out of the shingles which I wouldn't have seen if I hadn't walked the roof myself. The flat portion of the roof had to be redone because it was pooling after it rained, the pitch was totally off. My belief is, the only reason they came back to fix these issues and several others is that I hadn't paid them the final installment, luckily I had on my side, otherwise this might be an entirely different story. They are slick in regards to the sales pitch and will definitely go out of their way to get the insurance claim, but beware that there will be consequences if you file a claim. They had to do some woodwork on my soffits because there was wood rot, while they did the repair they didn't even offer to paint or waterproof the new wood before putting on the shingles, flashing, and drip edge. I had to paint around what I could but I know there's a lot of the wood did not get painted prior to finishing the job. If you hire Salt Roofing I would double and triple check the work after it's supposedly completed. I'll end this by saying that the work done was average, but as far as attention to detail, not so much. I've been asked by several contractors since who did my roof, because they see the soffits are in poor shape and there's no gutters where they should be, so now I'm in the process of hiring other contractors to finish the job.
