The sales rep, Anthony, first came out in early November 2024. It was over a month later (December 2024) before I received a quote from a different project manager despite repeatedly following up with Anthony. Once the project manager came …

Hey Dorothy, I am sorry to hear about your negative experience with our company. I have a spoken with both our team members that were involved regarding your roof. They brought to my attention that initially it was recommended the roof be replaced but you did not have it in your budget to afford the cost of a replacement. They also mentioned that the roof has 2 layers of existing shingles which is problematic when it comes to repairs. We did come out many times as you stated but have not heard anything since February, so to our knowledge the issue had been addressed. Due to the local storm activities over the recent days this could have led to a storm created opening in your roof that your not aware of. We will be glad to look inspect the roof for you, I have someone reach out to you regarding the roof. Again sorry for your experience and thank you for your business. Thank you Chad Bates-President

Would not recommend!!!! My insurance was not happy about what they were trying to do. It seems this may be a common thing from what my insurance agent said. Langford Roofing is who I will go with!! I truly hope this helps someone.

The workers do not speak English and no one that speak English was here to translate. They did not do the work that was talked about. The workers did not clean up the trash they left trash in my yard. Call the project manager he never returned the phone call. I sent him a text which show he read it but never replied.

This company lied to me on multiple occasions throughout the new roof process. I was told certain things would be replaced however corners were cut and I was not made aware until the insurance company send me the documents. I would not recommend this company.

I dealt with several of the guys at Near Me Roofing. Everyone was courteous and respectful. All of our interactions were timely and to the point. No one tried to push me one way or another. They did what they said they would do. The roofing crew picked up after themselves and cleaned up all the debris from my roof replacement.
