Doesn't return phone calls. I fixed the leak myself anyway.

Mr Maddox, I apologize for your difficulties reaching us. I tried to locate you in our call logs and have been unable to find your request for repair of leak. There is a waiting list for customers needing repairs for roofs we did not install and we try very hard to get to y’all as quickly as possible. I am sorry you felt like your business wasn’t important to us, it is. If I can further assist you, please email me at crouchroofingcompany@gmail.com

We live in Idabel and they did this a couple weeks ago in one day! Scheduled the week before, told us when , and got on it quickly in that week. . We have tried to schedule several roofers for six months. They never show up! I know them personally, and do an amazing job! Highly recommend! This is our house now! Amazing job!

The representative I dealt with was knowledgeable, respectful, and patient. I asked for 3 versions of a quote, with different options. He complied promptly. When the crew arrived, a little earlier than promised, they worked quickly and answered all my questions. They finished my entire house and carport, including 2 small decking repairs, all yard cleanup and haul away, by 2 PM at an extremely reasonable cost. I cannot imagine anything more they could have done to provide better service.

I have used Crouch Roofing over the past few years to repair roof leaks that had occurred. They always responded quickly to make the necessary repairs. So when it came time for a complete roof replacement they were my obvious choice. The crew was efficient, professional and left the yard and premises spotless when they finished. Thank you Mr. Hicks. We appreciate your business.

Old roof? Storm damage? Not sure how much life your shingles have left? That’s exactly why a roof inspection matters. We replaced this worn roof with a new architectural shingle system that looks great, performs better, and gives the homeowner peace of mind every time the weather rolls in.
