I can’t say enough about how smooth and simple this whole roofing process was. Getting a new roof can feel overwhelming, but the team made everything easy to understand from the first inspection to the final installation. They gave us a very fair price for our aluminum roof, and the quality of the work and service made the value even better. Jonah stayed involved the entire way, answered our questions clearly, and made sure every step moved along without stress. Asher was thoughtful, patient, and very accommodating whenever we needed updates or help. Jonah even walked the neighborhood with us and pointed out important things to watch for with metal roofing, ventilation, drainage, and long-term roof care. That kind of hands-on attention really stood out and made us feel confident in our decision. The crew was professional, courteous, and detail-oriented, and the finished roof looks excellent. We appreciated how organized the whole project was and how committed they were to customer service. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs. You will be glad you chose them.

After talking with Kristopher, the owner, he came out to inspect the roof, check all the problem spots, and address the main concerns. kristopher returned on Saturday with his roofing crew, supervised the work himself, and made sure we got the best care possible while the leak areas were handled. We were still unsure at first if every issue was fully resolved, but now that he knows about the water intrusion, he is personally managing our roof repair and following through on what is needed. he and the team said they will do whatever it takes to make sure we are completely satisfied and that the roof has no more leaks. The whole process felt attentive, professional, and focused on getting the roofing issues fixed the right way on Rd Piscataway.

i had been trying for a long time to find someone to install gutters on my home and take care of a few small roof repairs, and it was frustrating. Most roofers either gave me very high prices or did not show up or follow through with an estimate. Navarro Family Roofing was excellent, and jonah was very helpful throughout the whole process. After i reached out, they came out to inspect the roofline and gutter areas, gave me a fair quote, and finished the work within a week. jonah also pointed out a few areas that could become roofing problems later, like spots around the gutter system and minor wear that should be watched, but he was honest and did not pressure me into expensive repairs. Other contractors had made it sound urgent and costly, but this experience felt straightforward and professional. The crew was reliable, easy to work with, and did quality work on Rd Piscataway. i am very happy with how everything turned out and relieved to finally cross this roofing and gutter project off my list.

We got a few quotes for a roof and gutter replacement, and choosing Navarro Family Roofing was the best decision. The estimate was detailed, clear, and very professional, and Kristopher was great to work with from start to finish. The crew completed the roofing job in just one day, handled everything with care, and did a thorough cleanup around our property when the work was done. Communication was excellent the whole way through, and we always knew what to expect during each step of the roofing process. Kristopher went above and beyond, answered our questions, and made sure the shingles, flashing, and gutter work were done the right way. We really appreciated the quality workmanship, respectful service, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone on Rd Piscataway who needs roof repair, roof replacement, or rain gutter work.

Navarro Family Roofing and the crew did an excellent job installing my new roof and gutters. Asher was professional, careful, and easy to work with from start to finish. The team worked at a steady pace, stayed efficient, and paid close attention to the roofing details without cutting corners. I really appreciated how they kept the work area clean throughout the project, and when the job was finished my property looked spotless. The price was fair, and the overall service felt honest and well managed. I also liked that they watched the weather and planned the roofing work the right way instead of rushing into bad conditions. That gave me confidence the shingles, gutters, and all the roof work were being done properly. After working with many contractors over the years on different homes, this was one of the best roofing experiences I have had.

Asher replaced an older skylight that had a condensation problem and found a smart roofing solution when the exact model was no longer available and the new unit was a slightly different size. We really appreciated his personal attention, clear communication, and willingness to explain the roofing process step by step. After inspecting the roof, he was able to identify the shingle manufacturer and color right away, and he let us know in advance that brand-new shingles may not match older ones exactly after years of normal weather exposure in NJ. Since the repair was on the back of the house on Rd Piscataway, that was not a concern, but it was very helpful to know what to expect before the work started. The finished skylight and roof work looked great, and everything was handled professionally and carefully. We are very happy with the results and would gladly call again for future roofing or skylight repairs, since we still have several skylights and may need more roof work later. Asher is knowledgeable, professional, dependable, and a true problem solver.

We contacted Navarro Family Roofing after a storm made it clear our roof had several leaks. They came out pretty fast, inspected the roofing system carefully, and gave us a clear estimate. After looking over the age of the roof and the many past patch jobs, they explained that a full roof replacement would be the better long-term fix instead of doing more repairs. We were able to get the work scheduled soon after, and the whole roof was replaced in just one day. I was really impressed by how fast, organized, and efficient the crew worked from start to finish. They kept the job moving, cleaned up well, and made the whole process easy for us. Since the new roof was installed, we have already had heavy rain and windy weather, and everything has held up great. We have noticed a big improvement inside the house too, especially during rainstorms, because the roof is much quieter now than it was before. The new shingles and overall workmanship gave us a lot more confidence in the condition of our home. Based on our experience, I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing roof repair or a roof replacement.

The crew from Navarro Family Roofing was incredibly fast and efficient with our roof work. i know this because i have helped with four family roofs over the years, and back then we only used hammers. Now with modern roofing tools and nail guns, the whole job was finished in just one day, which was really impressive. timothy helped choose a shingle color that would blend well with the older roof sections. At first i was not sure it was the right match, but after my wife got home and looked at the options, she picked the exact same shingle color. She definitely has a better eye than i do. In the end, the new roof looks beautiful, the shingle match turned out great, and the workmanship was clean and professional. The crew kept the job moving smoothly, and the finished result really improved the look of the home.

I was very happy with the whole roof replacement process with Navarro Family Roofing. Samuel came to our home to inspect the roof, go over the scope of work, and explain how the roofing process would be handled from start to finish. He also returned to review several shingle options with us, including different quality levels, and clearly explained the benefits of each roofing material so we could make the best choice for our home. After we selected the shingles, the roofing crew and materials showed up just two days later. They carefully covered the house, plants, and surrounding areas to protect the property during the tear-off and installation. The roof work was finished in a little over two days, and everything was handled in a smooth and organized way. The cleanup was excellent, the yard was left spotless, and they even returned later to power wash the driveway and sidewalk. The team was professional, respectful, and skilled, and the finished roof looks great. I would strongly recommend adding them to your list when comparing roof repair or full roof replacement contractors.

After dealing with multiple roof replacements, Timothy made the whole roofing process as smooth and stress-free as possible. From the first inspection to the final cleanup, he provided clear guidance and made sure the roofing, fascia, and gutter crews did the job the right way. He stayed involved through the insurance inspection, material planning, scheduling, and site cleanup, which helped everything move much faster than my previous roofing claim experience. The team communicated well, kept the property tidy, and showed real care for the home. The updated management and strong customer service have really made a big difference. I would gladly recommend this roofing company, especially Timothy, to anyone needing reliable roof, fascia, or gutter work.

After storm damage, this was the third roofing crew I worked with, and they finally got the roof repair done the right way. The first roofer almost shingled over a large hole in my roof and tried to add a big extra charge. The second roofer installed a new roof that started leaking within a week and looked uneven and poorly aligned. Because of those experiences, I was very cautious about hiring another roofing contractor, but this team really restored my trust. They handled the roof work with care, found the issues that needed attention, and went above and beyond to level the roof properly. The shingles, roofline, and overall finish look solid and professional, and everything was explained clearly throughout the job. I also plan to move forward with window work and interior repairs, and after seeing the quality of the roofing craftsmanship, I feel confident about the rest of the project. I also need repairs for my porches and fences, and based on the work I have seen so far on Rd Piscataway, I expect the results to be just as strong and well done. I truly appreciate the patience, communication, and the way they took care of my home from start to finish.

Excellent roofing work, very fast response, and a fair price. Within hours of finding storm and tree branch damage around my skylight, Navarro Family Roofing came out to inspect the roof, take measurements, and give me a clear estimate. The crew arrived the next morning with the new skylights and worked hard to remove the broken units, install the replacements, update the flashing, and repair the surrounding roof shingles so everything was sealed and finished the right way. The whole job moved quickly from the first inspection to the final installation, and the workmanship was top quality. They kept the process simple, explained the roofing repair steps well, and made sure the skylight area was secure and weather-ready. After checking pricing for similar roof and skylight work, I felt the cost was very reasonable. I am extremely happy with the results and would highly recommend them for skylight replacement and roof repair.

I was very nervous about getting our roof replaced because it is a major roofing project, and the biggest thing for me was finding a roofer I could trust and feel comfortable with. We received three estimates, and overall we felt best with Navarro Family Roofing. They showed up on time, acted professionally, and did excellent work from start to finish. Samuel helped ease all my worries and worked closely with us to make the whole process smooth and stress free. When I first saw the new roof, I was overwhelmed with joy because it looked amazing. The crew turned what I thought would be a stressful roof replacement into a calm, easy, and happy experience. We are truly thankful for the quality workmanship and would gladly hire them again for gutter replacement and other exterior roofing-related work in the future.

I had a great experience with this roofing company. I called a few other roofers first about a roof leak, and most of them were booked out for a week or two, but this team was able to get out to inspect my roof within two days. They sent Samuel, and he was one of the most professional roofing contractors I have dealt with. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He checked the roof carefully from both the inside and outside, including the shingles, flashing, and problem areas where the leak was coming in. After a thorough inspection, he explained that the roof was beyond a simple repair and that a full roof replacement was the best long term solution. Even though I had not planned for a new roof, he helped me go over financing options, which made the whole process much easier. The roofing crew did excellent work, the new roof looks great, and best of all there have been no more leaks. The whole process felt smooth, honest, and professional from start to finish.
