Highly recommend CJM Professional Roofing! I came into this project with a ton of questions, and Manny and his team were nothing but responsive, patient, and thorough with every single one. They took the time to explain all my options clearly, which made the whole process so much easier and less stressful. The roofing work itself turned out great — high quality and professionally done. It's obvious this team cares about doing the job right and making sure their customers feel taken care of along the way. Would absolutely work with them again!

I highly recommend CJM roofing for the affordable price and high quality of work. It took only one day to rip and replace the roof and when the workers left the area around my house was as cleanas it was before they started working. Manny was quick in responding to questions and explaining all areas of the work to be done.

CJM worked with the HOA of a Board that I sit on. Pricing provided by CJM to our Board was 20% below our current vendor quote for same repair. Response time was same-day on all matters from providing proof of insurnace COI, to quotes. The on-going appointment setting for inspections & site-visits was proactive & timely. The attentntion to our needs & HOA requirements was efficient. As exterior Board manager, I experienced professionalism that is uncommon. My background is contracting & I considered the workmanship & professionalism impecable.

We had a fantastic experience with CJM Professional Roofing from start to finish. The job was completed incredibly quickly, and the quality of the work was outstanding. The cleanup was so thorough it was as if they were never even there. The pricing was fair, and their communication was exceptional throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how involved they kept me. They provided a detailed photo timeline while I was at work, along with aerial photos showing the progress and the finished result. That level of transparency gave me real peace of mind. Overall, this was an extremely positive experience. I would highly recommend CJM Professional Roofing to anyone looking for a professional, reliable roofing company.

There’s a reason CJM has so many great reviews, they truly are a top-notch company that’s easy and enjoyable to work with. I contacted them to assess a damaged roof that was causing a leak in part of my home and to provide an estimate. They thoroughly evaluated the issue, explained my options clearly, and shared detailed photos from the inspection highlighting the areas of concern and damage. What stood out most was their transparency, honesty, and professionalism throughout the entire process. I received quotes from three different companies, and while the pricing was very similar across the board, CJM distinguished themselves with their expertise, communication, and straightforward approach to the repair and the other options we were considering. The crew did an excellent job on the project. The progress photos and images of the finished work were a thoughtful and much-appreciated touch. I highly recommend CJM for anyone in need of roofing services.

Manny and his team did a wonderful job repairing & replacing our roof and gutters after we had damage from a recent storm. We were referred by our neighbors who spoke highly of Manny & CJM, and we fully understand why they gave a glowing recommendation! We went through multiple contractors for estimates, and no one gave us the level of service that CJM did. The team was very professional, detail oriented, and courteous. We highly recommend using CJM for your roofing & gutter needs!

Manny & his crew did an excellent job on our roof replacement. They completed the job in one day, including tear off, repairs to damaged areas of roof deck, and new shingle installation. They moved several pieces of patio furniture and our grill to prevent any damage. They hung protective tarps on all sides to keep debris out of our gardens, and cleaned up leaving no trace that they were even there. They also went around the house and over the driveway with a large magnet bar on wheels to pick up any stray nails.
