After a hard storm in Cleburne, we noticed a brown water stain spreading on the ceiling in the back bedroom, and then it started dripping when the next rain moved through. A few shingles had lifted near a roof valley, and the flashing around a vent boot looked like it had failed because the attic insulation below that area was damp. i was really stressed, worried that if it sat any longer it could lead to roof decking damage and mold. The roofing crew came out much faster than i expected and handled everything in a professional way. They completed a full roof inspection, took clear photos, and pointed out where wind damage had loosened the seal on the architectural shingles. They also found some soft decking around the leak and explained how the water was traveling before showing up inside. That helped me understand the roofing issue a lot better. What stood out most was how patient they were. brian answered all my questions without making me feel rushed. They replaced the damaged shingles, repaired a section of decking, added new underlayment in that problem area, and redid the flashing around the vent penetration. They also checked the ridge cap, cleared debris from the valley, and sealed everything up well. Before leaving, they tested the repair with water to make sure the leak was fully stopped. I was very nervous before they arrived because a roof leak in hot Texas weather can quickly turn into a bigger problem inside the home. But they were calm, honest, and easy to talk to. They also cleaned up all the tear-off debris and nails from the driveway and flower bed, which i really appreciated. Since the repair, we have had more rain in Cleburne and the ceiling has stayed dry. The attic area also looks much better, and we have had peace of mind knowing the roof system, flashing, and repaired decking are doing their job. The whole experience felt much less overwhelming once they got here, and it was a big relief during a stretch of rough weather.

After hail damaged our home in Cleburne, Brian handled the insurance communication, scheduled the roof and gutter replacement, and helped coordinate the front porch repair. The whole project is now finished, and we are very happy with the results. Every crew member who worked on our property was respectful, careful, and hardworking. The roofing crew was on site each day and stayed focused until the job was done right. All of the work was completed on time with strong workmanship and attention to detail. Brian answered our questions quickly, kept us informed throughout the process, and showed solid roofing knowledge and professionalism. We highly recommend this roofing company for roof replacement, gutters, and storm damage repairs.

After I called several roofing companies for estimates on a reroof in Cleburne, one of the companies I contacted was Navarro Brothers Roofing & Construction. Brian in the office was the only person who clearly walked me through the reroof process in simple terms and made everything easy to understand. After meeting with a few other roofing sales reps, I finally met Melvin, who inspected my roof, explained the scope of work, and never pressured me into upgraded shingles or add-ons I did not need. He gave me a clear written estimate and said a more detailed version would be sent by email. I received it the same day, and the price matched exactly what he had quoted. When I asked for insurance and license details, they were emailed to me right away. That kind of fast communication gave me a lot of confidence. I also spoke with someone I know who was familiar with their roofing work, and she shared that they had handled a tile roof project with professionalism, strong workmanship, and real knowledge of the neighborhood. Hearing that made me feel even better about moving forward. Once I accepted the proposal, I got a prompt reply with a start date. In less than a week, roofing materials were delivered and the crew showed up ready to work. They were careful with my property the whole time, cleaned as they went, and paid attention to the small details. One younger crew member even moved my hammock so falling shingles and debris would not damage it, then put it back when the job was done. That level of care really stood out. The roof replacement was completed in one day and passed inspection. The whole experience was smooth from estimate to final cleanup. Honest pricing, solid roofing work, respectful service, and great communication from start to finish. I would gladly recommend them to anyone needing reroofing or roof replacement in Cleburne.

Melvin and Brian were great to work with. I called on a weekend morning about a leaking metal roof, and they came out that same afternoon to inspect it and put on a temporary cover to stop more rain from getting inside. I had already started the insurance claim, and after the adjuster checked the roof, the full roof replacement was approved just as Melvin had recommended. The new roof was installed quickly, and the whole job was handled in a very professional way. They explained the roofing process clearly, kept everything organized, and made sure the property was cleaned up well after the work. The crew was friendly, easy to talk to, and did quality work from the inspection to the final replacement.

Navarro Brothers Roofing & Construction replaced our storm-damaged composition shingle roof and helped us upgrade to a standing seam painted metal roofing system. the whole process was smooth and very positive from start to finish. brian was excellent when working with the insurance claims representative and made sure we received the full roofing coverage available under our policy. When the roofing work started, the crew removed the old shingles quickly, safely, and with real care for our property. we were very impressed by how organized they were, how clean they kept the jobsite, and how much attention they gave to every part of the roof deck and flashing details. the metal roof installation team did outstanding work, and each panel was carefully custom-formed on site for a precise fit. The final part of the project was installing custom-color seamless gutters, which matched the new roof nicely and gave the home a complete finished look. the new metal roof looks beautiful, handles the texas heat well, and has added a lot of curb appeal to our house in Cleburne. many neighbors have stopped to admire the color and compliment the craftsmanship. we keep finding reasons to step outside and look at it again because it turned out so well. we fully recommend their roofing and gutter services for anyone needing quality workmanship and a professional experience.

We recently had problems with our skylights and a roof leak, so we got a few estimates. This roofing company stood out for the best price and the most practical repair plan. From the first quote to the final cleanup, Brian and Melvin were professional, polite, and easy to work with. The crew arrived early both days and started right away. They worked efficiently, kept debris inside the home to a minimum, and were very careful around the work area. They also made sure my wife could get in and out of the house without any trouble while the roofing and skylight repairs were being done. After checking the completed work, everything looks excellent. The skylights and surrounding roof areas appear well sealed, and we feel much better knowing we should not have to worry about leaks the next time heavy rain moves through Cleburne. We really appreciate the quality of the work, the clear communication, and the respect they showed for our home. We will gladly use them again for more roofing projects later on.

Outstanding experience from start to finish with Brian and the roofing team. Out of all the roof replacement estimates we received, Brian stood out the most. He was friendly, polite, quick to reply, and helped take care of every concern before the new roof installation began. The whole process was smooth, professional, and well organized at every step. The crew delivered top-notch workmanship, kept the job site clean, and made sure the new roofing system looked great and was built to handle Texas heat and storms. We are very pleased with the service, communication, and final results, and would highly recommend this roofer to anyone needing roof replacement or related roofing work.
