  I'm leaving a 1 star review because I called to get an appointment for a new roof. They refused to schedule an appointment unless I did an insurance claim and they handle. Companies do this so they can charge more. I was paying out of pocket and they refused to schedule me. Great service guys and try to take advantage of your customers!

  Its been 5 months. We filed a claim and our insurance rates went up. Meanwhile these guys forgot who we were, sent 2 contractors - both of which ghosted us after we asked them to follow up and keep us posted week after week and my roof still hasn't been fixed. My insurance is higher than it was before I called them. I am SO much worse off having tried this company at all.

  Sorry Angie but your insurance company was not easy to deal with as you saw. Unfortunately insurance companies don’t like to pay and raise your rates. We have no control of that.

  We paid our deductible to John for a new roof and after a year of being told excuses of why he couldn’t get to repairing it, we asked for our money back. It has now been over a year since we asked for our money back and 2 years since we gave him the deductible and yet still not repaid in full. We finally got some money back only after filing a BBB complaint but that ended without full payment. Not trustworthy at all.

  They still haven’t pay us back the money that they owe us and the work is unfinished. We are disappointed with this unfinished business. I’m receiving the worst service ever. I don’t recommend this company.. It’s the worst service ever.

  In one way or another I’ve been around roofing businesses for 36 years ….family , my own house and such . Dealing with home issues/repairs can be exhausting too say the least. Trying to stay on top of the actual roofers/repairmen , project managers AND THE INSPECTOR/Insurance company just whips ya around….then ya see mess around your house of trash, nails, stomped on flower beds and proof of what was their lunch left ! I can say for certain THATS NOT John’s Roofing ! Had the best experience and my faith has been renewed in this business! Thankful for Kyle Alonso for just taking it all out of my hands and completely taking care of my roof and gutters and having an amazing team that’s actually a one stop shop! Thank you so much and I’ll post some pics soon !

  I cannot speak enough highly enough about Kyle with John’s roofing!! Kyle is the most professional, honest, and dependable roofer you will ever meet. He will look out for the customers best interest above his own! We have lived in our home for 7 years and are getting ready to sell, so we had Kyle come inspect our roof before putting our house on the market. Kyle did a thorough inspection, providing pictures and a detailed explanation as to why he believed our roof did not need work. He could have convinced us otherwise in order to get a paycheck, but he didn’t. He chose honor and integrity over a paycheck, and that’s a hard thing to find in the roofing business right now! Trust earned means customers for life!

  My mother in law worked with Kyle and got some updated insulation for her house a while back. Everything went exactly as Kyle said it would go and she even got a tax credit! We will use Kyle again for any roofs needs that may come up.

  I want to give a big shout to John and his team for coming to fix someone's wrong doings. I originally had this fixed previously but turns out I was bamboozled. John and his team came in and did not hesitate to walk me step by step thru this process. Great quality work is what I have now. Stress free I can be now!

  I called John for a roof repair.He came out and seen I had hell damage on my roof.I called the insurance company .John came out and meet with the insurance adjuster. John got the insurance company to replace my roof.I highly recommended John's Roofing.
