  Dave, thank you for your feedback. I’d like to clarify a few facts for anyone reading this review. Highland Roofing’s customer was the previous homeowner. We replaced the roof before you purchased the home, and we did not install, replace, or repair the gutters. After you purchased the property, you contacted me regarding a gutter that had come loose and concerns raised by a door-to-door roofer about possible hail damage. Although I was confident the nearly new roof had not sustained hail damage, I offered to inspect both the roof and the gutter as a courtesy. Unfortunately, unexpected family emergencies followed by severe flooding at my own home prevented me from keeping that commitment. I sincerely apologize for not following through as promised. While we never had a contractual relationship, I always intended to help and regret that I wasn’t able to do so.

  My experience with Scott and Highland Roofing was very positive until I needed Scott's support after our roof was installed in April. There are two open issues that, despite multiple calls and texts to him over the past 4 MONTHS, remain unresolved. First and foremost, I was told that Highland had installed a more expensive, hail resistant roof, and this would entitle me to a reduced insurance premium. I have twice sent the form required by my insurance company for Highland to complete and return to me, but have gotten no response. What am I to think? Maybe Highland didn't install the hail resistant roof after all? This is very concerning to me! Secondly, Highland prominently advertises their $500 referral fee in appreciation to its customers. We recommended/ referred two of our neighbors who then used Highland for their new roofs. Both of these jobs were also completed months ago. What a disappointment it has been that Highland has yet to pay me the $1000 I am owed. Again, this is despite multiple calls and texts to him over the past 4 MONTHS! I have been abundantly understanding and patient, But am left extremely disappointed with Highland's failure to do the right things: complete and return the roof certification form and Pay the two referral fees.

  Where do I even begin? The team is so professional, and Mr. Scott is incredibly patient and reasonable. He took the time to explain things to me, helped me with the paperwork with the insurance company, gave me detailed information about the process, and they were extremely punctual. And when his team finished the job, everything was spotless.

  I had Scott do a second opinion on my roof after being told it needed to be replaced due to “hail damage” he was very informative and was very clear that my roof is perfectly fine. I highly recommend them.

  I cannot recommend Highland Roofing highly enough and Scott specifically. Scott went to the roof and detailed out all of the damage to make it clear to the insurance inspector. The roof replacement was quick and they crew cleaned up spotlessly and we were left with a great product at a very reasonable price.

  The owner (Scott) responded to my request for work in a very timely manner. He came out and checked our roof, recommended minor repairs for now at a very fair price. I was impressed by his professionalism and knowledge. I highly recommend Highland Roofing.

  Scott was great to deal with. He inspected the roof and determined the problem, gave me an estimate and then had the roof repaired in a timely manner. Also facilitated repair of interior wall resulting from roof leaking. I highly recommend Scott and Highland Roofing Co.

  Scott and his team came out same day! Scott did a thorough inspection of our roof himself!! We had a leak and it was coming in down my grandmother's bedroom wall. We were in need of immediate assistance and Scott came to our rescue! If you're looking for an honest and great company to do your roofing needs or anything give him a call!! Its hard to find honest people these days especially when it comes to roofing. I promise you won't be disappointed! Our roof was repaired the next day. Scott's team came out the same day and did temporary fix so it wouldn't leak until his team could come the next day! I don't know about you but most companies aren't that fast! We will forever be customers of Scott and his company Highland Roofing! Scott also had the inside of the house repaired in my grandmother's bedroom. The guy did an amazing job Geraldo! Now I can rest knowing our roof is in tip top shape! Thank you Scott for being such an amazing honest person! May you & your company be blessed!
