Unexpected things do come up when performing a large remodel such as yours. Through our conversations and the finished product you're enjoying we hope that you and Kate will find that the end product justifies the means we took to get there. On a final note, I just want to reiterate and reassure you that our team and our subcontractors do not discard garbage anywhere except a trash receptacle. We hoped for a different outcome regarding your confidence in referring us, but all the same we are grateful and wish you well.

  It started off bad and ended worse. He and his team were unreliable. We had to chase them, and we would either get late responses or no response at all. We spoke with the owner James who promised he would take over project managing, and he agreed they had problems. So, we gave them a second chance. Found out James immediately went on vacation leaving us with the same incompetent team. Excuse after excuse is what we kept getting. Then his other employee went on vacation at the same time standing us up. Who is minding the store, and the customers concerns? No one. His customers are his only source of income, and this is how he treats them. We were getting frustrated and voiced our concerns and he got angry instead of trying to make it right and owning up to it. He insulted me in a text conversation that I have saved it. The way this company is headed it will go out of business with your deposit and other investments you made. Please be careful.

We shared the extenuating circumstances that occurred during your project, and it seems our differences meant we weren't the best fit.   I searched for contractors 3 weeks and I found Naperville Roofing And Construction. For me it was important to have the right company for my almost 800 sq foot deck ( with lights and steps all the way around )I wanted it to be right. In addition to the large deck they installed my 10x13 pergola. OMG they did such an amazing job. From start to finish they kept us informed, no short cuts, worked very clean and was very consistent. The project manager visited everyday and displayed commitment to our project. I want to personally recognize Stan, who built the deck, I’ve never seen someone work so hard , as though it was his own deck. Overall I highly recommend this company and I look forward to using them on future projects. A big thank you to! You all exceeded our expectations by far.

  We are incredibly happy with our experience with Naperville Roofing and Construction on the resurfacing of our deck. James found a way to make our vision happen with his patience and out-of-the-box thinking. Everyone on the team from Olivia to Fernando to Stan and to Mike were a pleasure to work with, and their attention to detail is outstanding. We also appreciate their excellent communication skills, and how responsive they were to our questions and preferences. We highly recommend Naperville Roofing and Construction!

  We are thrilled with our new and improved deck. We replaced an old wooden deck for PVC, composite and really like the results. The craftsmanship is excellent. That crew cleaned up after themselves daily and did a wonderful job. We are really enjoying the new lights on the steps and around the deck. We will enjoy it this summer for sure.

  We recently had a 15-year-old deck replaced. Naperville roofing and construction did a great job and the finished product is beautiful! They showed great attention to detail and were communicative throughout the project which was completed very quickly.
