  Please be aware.... My dealings with Marco was not professional. They have a huge miscommunication issue between their employees. The condescending nature and disrespectfulness is not appreciated! He needs more training in customer service.

  Stop trespassing on my property, the 'No trespassing', 'No Solicitors', 'Do Not Knock' signs are hard to miss. Stop being rude and ignoring them. Next time I call the cops.

  had a roof leak so contacted Butler Roofing…my experience with Marko/Butler Roofing not pleasant…Marko charged me $90 for a worthless drone photo then quoted $1,000 estimate for “phantom” repairs that were not needed…got second opinion from professional roofer who fixed leak charged $250…when complained to Marko for refund of $90…he replied with aggressive email response that he didn’t “like to be threatened about me filing complaint with BBB”….and that “you can’t please everybody”…..which really sums up his arrogant attitude on his visit to my house (this is a classic case of the “predator contractor” preying on unsuspecting homeowners)

  Drew gave us excellent evaluation of damage to our home after a Mar 30th hail storm. He worked with our insurance company. He was very conscientious throughout the process. Highly recommend him.

  Drew was great! He showed up on time, did my roof inspection, and gave honest advice about what to watch for without trying to upsell or recommend unnecessary repairs. I even offered to pay for the inspection, but he honored their promise and refused because it was free. I appreciate his professionalism and integrity.

  Butler Roofing is my go-to now for any roofing repair problem. Marko recently helped me out with a small problem I was having. Very responsive, efficient, and professional. Candid and pleasant to deal with. Don't always find that in the roofing business!

  I highly recommend Butler Roofing. They replaced our roof 5 years ago. Had Marco come out to check a leak we had around fireplace after the strong storms we had recently. He is very efficient and fixed our issue very quickly. A great person with a reliable. Company. Will continue to use them if any other issues come up.

Our 20th anniversary of incorporating!! Pretty awesome accomplishment in my mind. Every year brings new challenges and new surprises.
